Seafront Studios was the perfect place to stay for exploring the northern side of Chios Island. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were absolutely amazing and the owners were very generous and accommodating. They took the time to explain what areas to explore and where the good taverns were. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

Actually, even if I force myself to find something that I did not like, I can't find it.

We liked the location (close to the port and walking distance to the most markets etc.) and the design of the hotel. We stayed at room 11, had a sea view balcony, there were free wi-fi as well as we had Turkcell connection in our room, which made us so much happy, because it was impossible in most parts of Chios. We arrived a few couple of hours earlier than we planned, due to the schedule change of the ferry, but luckily our room was ready. As soon as we arrived, Giorgos opened an island map in front of us and made a small welcoming presentation, which was very helpful. Breakfast was more than we expected. There were toasts, eggs, butter, honey, olives, cheese, fruits, cereals, coffee and tea. The hotel gave us peace at our holiday nights. We decided to stay here again in our next visit to Chios.

We had a great time at Seafront Apartments. Our host Giorgos has been so welcoming from the beginning and as a local, he guided us through the beautiful island. Thanks to his advice, we even joined a Greek feast, where we had the chance to eat, drink and dance with the locals. We definitely look forward to our next visit to Chios and to Seafront Apartments.

I would like to say one of the best holiday for us. Sea, foods, romantic trip over the island with ATV, we had a such great time. But beside of everything Seafront Studios owner Giorgos! He is one of the most helpful, friendly man you could ever see. He likes to help all your needs anytime you need. We are so glad to meet with him. Next time we will stay his place again for sure.

everything was perfect. Giorgos is the best host ever! any location, beach, restaurant, sight seeing locations, he recommended turned out to be amazing! happy to meet him and his dad. next time in Chios, will definitely stay in their place. also, their wifi has great connection while working with a seaview;). the room is perfect even for long stays with fully equiped kitchen although we didn’t need to use it. outside of the room there is an amazinf seaview and a few nearby beaches are walking distance.

The room we stayed was so comfortable and clean. The location was perfect,we could swim across the hotel and most importantly Giorgos was very kind,friendly and helpful. Thanks to him we didn't have to think about anything,he helped us to rent a car and draw our route on the map and that's it. Everything was perfect. l strongly recommend.Thank you so much again.

While the facilities are well kept and very clean, the hotel building & interiors are outdated, reminiscent of an 80s style apart hotel. For us cleanliness is more important so we didn’t mind it as much. In fact, it was a fun, nostalgic experience. Even though we were very tired and didn’t have trouble sleeping, we thought the mattresses could be more comfortable.

Exactly what we expected. For this price point, it is a great place to stay, conveniently located 2 minutes from a small beach and a 6-7 min ride from Chios town. 80s style apart hotel with big and super clean rooms. Has everything you need and more: ceiling fan, air conditioner, blow dryer, mini kitchen with hot plate & utensils to cook, mini fridge, dining table & chairs, balcony with seating area, views of the Aegean sea and a wonderful host Giorgos - who is very helpful and has great recommendations to make your stay enjoyable. What else can you ask for :)

Hospitality is very kindly. They gave me a little brief about island history, travel, touristic places. Rooms are clean and light-well. If i go again Chios, i will take a room at Seafront.

Nothing.

The host/owner, his sister, and father all went out of their way to make my time enjoyable. While I had rented a car for sightseeing on my own, the host was kind enough to invited me to follow (for free) a group he was taking to different historical sites around the island. Because of that kindness, I was able to see a couple of places I didn’t know about. Also, he took a group of us that were staying at the property, to a place he knew where we could get a good view of Rouketopolemos (rocket war). I doubt we would have had as good a view if we had tried to find someplace on our own!
