Lovely apartments, very clean and tidy.little touches made the difference .The staff at seascape were exceptional! Yiannis and manolis were great, lovely and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Sunbeds were very comfortable. We were able to keep our room on as we had a late flight and this was sorted with no issues. The beach was only 2 minutes walk, so great location and will definitely use the apartments again.

Its arranged on a steep hillside, so be aware of many steps if there are mobility issues. And getting onto the road from the top-level car-parking is not for the faint-hearted!

Fabulous suite of rooms at the top of the building, huge reception area, well-stocked kitchenette, spacious bedrooms and 2 beautifully landscaped communal pools. Delightful and attentive staff.

The WiFi was not very good. The location was what I wanted, but it's worth reiterating it is a very quiet area of Crete.

Breakfast was an additional cost (which we knew), but wasn’t great… the Greeks don’t do toast… just warm bread. Worth going to local bakery or out for breakfast. Please note lots of steps to most rooms.. which may not be great for everyone.

Great location… easy walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants & shops. The hotel is lovely… 2 great pools with plenty of sun loungers. The rooms are spacious with a well appointed kitchen. A lovely balcony. Room was cleaned each day.

The maintenance of the facility is somewhat lacking. Power socket falls out of the wall, the toilet was also teared out from its place and hang crooked. The shower space is open, and the whole bathroom is full of water because of this, and it is impossible to dry the floor. There was a very strong smell of sewerage, and we had to switch rooms because of this. The other room that we have received was headed to the street with cars and zero privacy.

The service and staff were great and helped us a lot. The facility is really close to the beach and a seaside promenade with many great restaurants. Free parking is available next to the property. The room was cleaned every day, and towels for the beach were provided.

Luxurious feel, the rooms were spotless, the property is literally right next to the beach which was ideal. the staff were lovely and the cleaners were in everyday. We loved our room right on the pool.

Long way to the main road - if you want to visit more on the island, take into consideration that it may take more to get to the destination.

Big rooms with terrace. The property has two pools and spa and is located close to the seaside. The stay was nice and comfortable.

Fridge in apartment not very efficient, nothing ever really cold even when only a few items in it Maybe have liquid hand soap dispenser in apartment bathrooms as was constantly picking pieces of hand soap out from nails as small bars crumble? Increase variety of snacks available

We liked very much our stay and we did not find anything we disliked in the property. Agia Pelagia is not the best location in Creta we have seen but this is not linked to the property that is surely one of the best we have been in.

Very beautiful property. Brad new with very elegant and functional furniture. Two pools and an internal bar make possible to pass the whole time inside though the residence is very close to the beach. The personnel has been extremely kind and the owner has been very supportive since we have arrived. A great place to stay.

Just a 1-minute walk to the beach, and only 70 meters from the tranquil, turquoise waters of a calm bay—a stark contrast to North Crete’s known strong waves. This proximity allowed us to effortlessly switch between the hotel's pristine pool and the inviting sea. The poolside bar was a delightful bonus, offering refreshing cocktails, prosecco and wine and light bites under the soft breeze—a perfect backdrop for relaxation. Perfect hideaway a minute from the beach. Quiet and intimate, but with a warm atmosphere. The staff is helpful and nice. The room was very very big (we stayed in one of the family rooms), and very well organized (kitchen, balconies).

We were in a room above the reception. One of the 4 hotel rooms they have. All the rest are apartments. Our room was on the street side where there was a lot of noise in the morning so we woke up early. Also the balcony was very small. There were thea and coffee facilities but only coffee was provided, no tea bags or milk/sugar. Next time we will choose an apartment, not a hotel room. These have better locations.

The location is the perfect quiet place for relax. Due to our trip plan, unfortunately we could not stay longer at the place. But when we got back home, actually the place was the most satisfied place and where we definitely want to stay longer for next time.

There were some construction in the town. The hotel was only reachable by a 250 m walk from the public parking. This is not that bad and also not the hotel to be blamed with, but the hotel could have informed earlier about it, not just with the booking confirmation. Maybe mentioning it on their general description as a side note.

Nice staff, really clean rooms and also the rest of the hotel is maintained really accurate. Two swimming pools. They bring you breakfast to your room with no extra charges. Room number 107 has a stunning view on a beautiful balcony.

The balcony of the sea-view 1 bedroom flat is a little bit small, but enough spacy to get the breakfast outside.

The hotel is really nice. The rooms seem new and are always really clean. Yannis the manager is really kind and efficient. We appreciated the lunch around the swimming pool perfectly served by Anna.
