Very comfortable and cozy apartment which is only around 1min walk from Komi beach and 3min to the bars/cafes, which is very convenient. Very nice flair. Also all surrounding villages and beaches in the south can easily be reached by car.

If you are staying on the top floor, there are stairs only.

Location. Near the sea. Great view. Great host. You can find every necessary thing ready, from water and butter in the fridge to new toothbrush and paste in the bathroom. Every detail is very well thought. There is Netflix and Disney+ also. And Wi-Fi.

Nothing, everything was lovely

Greeted by our very friendly host despite it being late. She explained everything and was very welcoming despite our very limited Greek Google translate worked well! She even brought us some eggs for breakfast one day and sent us some tips for exploring the island. Right on the beach in Komi, quiet and peaceful surroundings. The village is very quiet out of high season. Easy to drive to shops and pretty towns and beaches within 20 minutes. The apartment was absolutely spotless and cleaned every other day. Very comfortable bed and all the equipment we needed in the kitchen. The balcony is a lovely place to sit and everything was perfect.

We really loved this apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean and property in a great location by the beach. The owners son Costa was very welcoming and also met his warm kind parents. You can not fault this accommodation in any way. So many welcome thoughtful things provided to make your stay enjoyable. If we return to beautiful Chios this would be our base in the South. Thank you for making our holiday.

These huge luxurious apartments are in a great location about 50 meters from Komi beach. The hosts, Angela and Konstantinos are amazingly friendly and helpful - they greeted us late at night when we arrived and explained everything to us. There are several bars and tavernas close by (about 200 meters down the beach), and it is â short drive to the Mastic museum, the villages of Pyrgi and Mesta and the cave of Olimpi.

It was very hard to leave!!!

The location was idyllic with friendly hospitable staff. The view from the balcony was amazing, you could watch the sunrise every morning. The beach was basically outside the front door. Bars, cafes and restaurants were a short stroll away. The apartment itself was large, clean, comfortable and well decorated.

We loved how clean, how tidy it was and we liked the friendly attitude of the owners. We liked that they offered local beers and water bottles in the fridge which made the first day before the visit to the supermarket easier. The place is really good for families that have small kids. Our kid laid down all his Lego and played on the cold floor for hours. The coolness of the house helped in this and of course that Chios is a slightly windy island. During early July we were expecting much higher temperatures. A plus are the mesh foldable doors that keep the mosquitoes off the rooms. It is quite needed in all the island during dawn.

A wonderful nearly beachfront apartment, fully equipped and with the most accommodating hosts! We visited with our twins and requested for two cribs, and when we arrived they were already in place as requested. The parking is just outside the building. The view from the balcony is wonderful. This is an ideal place to book for a family with kids that want to relax and have fun at the sea away from the crowds and other more hip places. Super happy with all, the facilities and the overall comfort, we'll definitely visit again!

the property was spacious and clean, the family who runs it were incredibly kind and generous. there are four units in the building, and it is on a quiet corner of the beach. you can have your feet in the sea in about 20 steps, and the water is calm most afternoons. there are many places to eat and get coffee in the small seaside village of Komi, and it is a perfect location for exploring the southern half of the island. we went for a week long writing retreat and did almost no writing because we loved Chios and Komi so much. We hope to return as soon as possible.
