The property is located in a very windy area and although of course this is not controlled by the hotel, I believe they could improve on the pool beds display so that they are a bit more protected and people can still enjoy the sun even if it gets windy. This also affected our dinner in the new Oceano restaurant, as the restaurant is completely open and unprotected from the wind. Unbelievably we were better in the balcony than “inside”, because the pillars and windows from the main building protected the tables a bit more.

The property is beautiful and the decoration is perfect, with much attention to detail. Although having a lot of rooms, I think you can always feel comfortable with the amount of people because the hotel is very big and has a lot of different areas for the guests, and even the restaurant was never too crowded. The staff is amazing, from the reception, to the restaurants and cleaning personnel, there’s nothing to say but good things. The food is great, not just in the a la carte restaurants, that are awesome!!, but also in the buffet (including the breakfast) and the pool bars, where you can always get snacks and drinks in between the main meals. Access to the beach may seem too steep at first, when looking from above, but you’ll get super quickly and easily through the hotel private access.

The food in the buffet was fairly average. There is a VAST array of food and on day 1 it looks incredible. But with each meal you realise it would be better if they did less food at a better quality. Also the Cretan wine and beer selection is poor. The white wine is very sweet, it tastes so sugary! I could stand it for a couple of days but by day three and four, it was fairly grim. The dry white wine choice in the a la carte restaurant was nice but €27 a bottle.

The hotel is located on a peninsula so every part of the hotel has a beautiful view of the sea. The staff were so helpful and kind and friendly whatever their role. The gym and yoga facilities were great too. Oh and the food in the a la carte restaurants was incredible. Some of the nicest food I’ve eaten. The room we had (number 75) was stunning. The resort is quiet, well looked after and a great atmosphere. Perfect for 4 or 5 nights.

Nothing to add, everything was great

This hotel is amazing! There are no words to describe how good this place is. The staff members are amazing, always friendly and willing to help you with anything you require, specially Glykeria who helped us with booking some activities around the area and was always checking that we had anything that we needed. My wife and I stayed in a room with a semi private swimming pool with view to the ocean, I absolutely recommend it if you want to have a quiet time enjoying the pool and the amazing view from the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when back to Greece.

I would have add some more equipment to the gym. It was nice enough to exercise every day (some people, like me ,do it also on vacation, yes I know), however the equipment is not enough for a full workout.

The view was beautiful, the resort looks very elegant. Lots of pools, which we love. The staff was amazing, so nice, smiling all the time and very helpful. Everything was clean and nice. The food was delicious, each meal was unique. We've been there for 5 nights and each meal was different from the one before. Very satisfying.

We were under the impression that our room would have a bath according to the booking.com amenities listing. It also showed images of a bigger bathroom with a double vanity. It didn’t have a bath or a double vanity and we found the room and bathroom to be quite small. They couldn’t help us with a room with a bath. But they were very accommodating when we complained about cigarette smoke from our neighbor coming into our room and we had a new room for the last night. Although the massage we had at the spa was lovely we found the spa to have a very damp smell which was a distraction.

Within the room, there isn’t too much privacy for the bathroom so that could be a little uncomfortable for some and I was a little disappointed that spa facilities were not included if you booked a treatment.

The hotel is beautiful and everywhere smells amazing. The views are amazing and our room (which was upgraded to Sea View with sharing pool) had an incredible view and lovely pool with sunbeds. The all inclusive food was plentiful and had so much variety including desserts. Everything was replenished frequently and the staff were attentive and helpful. We were also able to have dinner in each of the a la carte restaurants and enjoyed every meal. Favourite was Umi. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful.

The only caveat that I could bring now is that more entertainment options would be great during the evenings. Like bingo, games, trivia and quizz games. There were some musical presentations that were enjoyable, but considering the options to do in the evenings, we would highly appreciate more.

We had an amazing experience at the Seaside resort. Great food, drinks, entertainment, the views are stunning and we had a blast in the swimming pool areas. We were very lucky to get an upgrade to a room with private pool. Overall, the staff was super friendly and polite, what makes a great difference in such experiences. Dimitris (the staff who serves drinks by the pool) could be a little more friendly, we think. Still, we would highly recommend this place
