We absolutely love Selinitsa. It is the most welcoming friendly guesthouse you can imagine and is in the most perfect location right on the waterfront overlooking the old port. All the bars and restaurants are on your doorstep. Breakfasts are lovely and they serve the best coffee in Agios Nikolaos! We can't wait to return... thank you.

The hotel is very charming. It is in the center of Agios Nikolaos, so you are close to all the restaurants in the village, the grocery store, pharmacy and everything in the village. You can also walk to the beach. There is free parking nearby. Our room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. There is a nice terrace and a small cafe where you can have breakfast. The staff is so friendly and welcoming.

Everything was excellent!!!

Excellent staff and room with all necessary facilities, comfortable beds and pillows. Situated in a perfect location whether you want to go sightseeing or just stay in the area and visit nearby beaches. This traditional fishing village has it all. Coffee shops, a range of restaurants and places for a drink. The breakfast isn't included in the price however we chose to drink our coffee and eat breakfast there, and so glad we did. The room we chose to stay in was more economical than the others as it was on the ground floor and it didn't have a view or balcony, which wasn't a priority for us. However, if you are a traveller who spends time in the room and a balcony or view is important, then definitely choose one of the upstairs apartments.

Agios Nikolas and ….. was a gem of a find. Not sure whether to call it an apartment or a hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with a magnificent view of the harbor from all three windows. Parking was available in a small lot just down the road. The area in front was a pedestrian zone in the evening. Breakfast was available to be purchased downstairs. Many restaurants at different price points are available within walking distance and the whole waterfront was busy at night. A couple of beaches are close - we drove, but some may be within walking distance.

We loved everything. The staff was the best. We did all of the suggested beaches and restaurants; we were not disappointed. We ate at the hotel 5 of the 6 mornings and it was very enjoyable. Maria is a wonderful host! Rita constantly has a smile on her face..there’s nothing that they won’t do for you! We would love to visit again.

If we really really really have to say something that we " didn't like", than it would just be that the breakfast wasn't included, but on the other hand you already knew this when you booked the stay. So basically it was perfect for us!

The location, the view and the room were just excellent. The staff is just utterly friendly, and helped us with all sort of questions. Breakfast, you have to pay for, but it's so good! We highly recommend taking your breakfast at Selinitsa Residence!

a superb listed building conversion. We have travelled Greece for twenty years and this is up there with the best we’ve stayed in. Maria is an excellent host and they make the best coffee and I’m not a coffee fan.

Everything!! We had the room with sea view and it was simply exceptional. Listening to the sound of the waves in the morning must be the most relaxing experience we've had. Cleanliness was perfect. Soundproofing also. There are no words to describe how kind the staff was. Always with a smile and they even helped take our luggage to our car. Many thanks to Rita and Angelos!

This is a beautifully and tastefully renovated traditional building. The rooms are perfect and very comfortable with excellent beds, bathrooms and A/C. The two ladies who run the residence are extremely pleasant and helpful and the daily room cleaning was very much appreciated. The property has a very nice café at ground level. I took 4 rooms for my family for a week's holiday and, overall, we had a very enjoyable holiday. Agios Nikolaos is a very pleasant traditional seafront village with some excellent tavernas and other eateries, but it is best considered as a very good base for trips in the area rather than as a single destination in itself; particularly when it comes to swimming and beaches. The village has a few platforms for very nice swimming off rocks but if a beach is needed, one has to get in the car. Numerous beaches are within 10 to 20 minutes of the village.

we loved everything!!

We stayed in deluxe room with a stunning view over the picturesque little harbour. Room facilities and service were excellent! All you need is in walking distance in the village and the parking area only few meters away. We enjoyed having our morning coffee & homemade healthy breakfast in the cosy front yard by the sea. Maria,Rita & Melisa were all friendly, helpful and we will definitely choose Selinitsa Residence again and again !
