The hosts, Kos and Maria make you feel so much at home. They are welcoming and friendly. They were ready to help with any questions we have. The hotel and the rooms were very clean, spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. i loved that it included delicious local dishes in addition to the continental options. The hotel is also located on the beach so you can step out and lie on the beach with free towels provided. I recommend this hotel to anyone, including family with kids, looking for somewhere where you are made to feel at home and valued. We will definitely go back here, they made our stay perfect.

We stayed for 3 nights in Sellada Beach and loved every minute. The hotel is located directly at the beach with a restaurant/bar area facing the beach and a pool in the back. They also have umbrellas and chairs on the beach free to use for hotel guests. We got a room facing the pool and it was super quiet. The room wasequipped with the usual: TV, fridge, kettle, .... The bed was very comfortable. Everything in the hotel seems super clean and well maintained. They offer a breakfast buffet that you can eat on the beach. During the day they serve food in the restaurant and bring drinks to the beach. Everyone in the staff was super friendly and made us feel comfortable and welcome. In addition, the owners were very relaxed, gave suggestions for trips and were open for a later check-out. Thanks again for a wonderful time!

There is nothing we didn’t like

For people who do not like to read long reviews: BOOK NOW!!! For others that don’t mind…I’m not sure there is enough space to write all we liked about Sellada Beach. The apartments/rooms are well appointed, it has everything you need if you’d like to cook or just keep things in fridge like we did. Rooms are stylish, clean and in great repair! The hotel is ran by the family and they are OUTSTANDING hosts, extremely friendly, very helpful and all around great people. We adore them! The buffet style breakfast is fabulous, there is something for everyone, the food is delicious, prepared daily with a great variety! If you walk away from breakfast hungry, it’s your own fault :). We are souvlaki people and ordered it from the restaurant right here in the hotel (ok we order it almost every night :)) and like breakfast it was delicious! You are almost sitting on the beach, you walk out; cross one lane road to a beautiful black sand beach, no need for chairs. They have loungers with umbrellas already out there waiting for you! They have drink service out on the beach and when you are done with the sun, you can come into the restaurant /bar for a meal or stay there until close for a night cap :). You can get to all the other cities quickly and easily from this location! We loved how serene it was here! I promise you will not be disappointed with your stay!

Perissa itself is far from some of the island and we visited in May so not all of the restaurants were open, but this is nothing against the hotel itself and they provided a fantastic service

Right across from the beach. Has a cafe. Restaurant. Bar. Everything you need. Has its own beach lounge chairs. Room to beach in under a minute. Very nice pool as well. Kosta was amazing. He made sure we had everything we needed. A+++++++

This hotel is run by a very friendly family ! They are so warm and welcomed ! There is a restaurant attached to the hotel with delicious food !! We had a great time there ! Highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay at the beach !

Can’t think of anything

A warm welcome and great location, such a friendly and helpful family who own and run the hotel. Really great food, breakfast by the beach and a great wide menu. Sun beds on the beach included and Vissillias And Katrina have such friendly and excellent service, lovely to talk to. The rooms are very comfortable and great air on which we needed!! The pool area is great for a morning swim - we loved the place, would thoroughly recommend it

Nothing....Everything was so perfect!!!

We had a very good experience at Sellada Beach Hotel! The owners and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Everything was perfectly clean. The hotel was right on the beach front and had an amazing view of the sea. The beach was beautiful and just in front of the hotel, no need to walk. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast was also very good.

Hotel is literally on the beach, very clean with good breakfast and decent prices on the menu. We received a free room upgrade on arrival. Staff was always super friendly and help us in arranging sunset trip on sea. Sun-beds were free for hotel customers. Beach was very nice and water was not cold, good for swimming.
