The food is not as should be for a 5 star hotel, from my point of view is only 3 stars. The food doesn’t look appetizing, few types of options, you need to wait in the line for the food! Realy the restaurant ia very poor. We tried also Italian restaurant for which you will need to make a reservation with 2 days in advance, I didn’t like niether there, very bad pizza, horrible bruschetti, sorry but you will need to change the chefs!!!

The facilities and the entire area of the hotel are very kids friendly and very nice. We received an upgrade of the room, a bungalou with the piscine view with no additionl charge.

Everyone were nice and helpful from reception, across to poolbars staffs, main bar staff, restaurant staff, to animation team. We really enjoyed stay in Serita Hotel. Special greeting from sons to Nico.

Water in shower is not hot enough. Beach is rocky. Beds are uncomfortable and separated - no double bed and no way to attach the single beds

Cleaning is just nominal. Pool area was pretty dirty. Waiting to be seated at the main restaurant creating ques. No fresh juices, only super sweet chemical juice-like drinks. No tea/coffee or any other non-alcoholic options available for lunch and dinner, apart from water. Also, staff at the main restaurant look very stressed and mostly behave rude and unwelcomming, apart from few exceptions. That is surprising, as in Crete we mostly felt very wellcommed and well-taken care of otherwise. In the souvlaki bar at the pool only pork available. Also gyros for lunch in the main restaurant- only pork every day. Bad wi-fi.

Very cosy amenities, which if cared properly for have great potential. Spacios rooms with sea view, pretty good sound insulation.

Our room was very small, very sharp points on the furniture, which we had to cover, also the bathroom was very small, we had to open the door, go inside and then close it

Food was good a little bland though, the problem it was never hot, a lamp over the food was not enough !

I liked everything but mainly the hotel staff they were absolutely amazing people helpful and very kind, the food was great and the rooms very nice and clean, I would definitely come back again, especially the lady called Maria in reception was so nice lady and super polite and kind , another two ladies called Maria in restaurant , was so nice it’s really amazing stay I enjoyed me and my family,

I did not like that people were not wearing masks, even in the lobby or restaurants and nobody was imposing anything. First night when we arrived around 9.30 PM, there was no hot water in the shower so we had to take cold showers after a long trip to get to the location. When I called the hotel they said this is the warmest water they have, and then the next day we had hot water. They sent a technician and he lied as well saying this is the warmest water.

The hotel was great for us with two young kids. The food in the restaurant was amazing.

We stayed only 2 nights in this hotel but it was definitely worth the money. We were offered a family room at the same price. The service was very friendly and helpful. There is an advantage for children - many slides rather for smaller children but there is also one large slide - for children over 120 cm and adults. Object is clean. The food in the main restaurant is correct, but the restaurants a la carte are worth recommending. We tried the Italian restaurant and everyone was satisfied.

The location is not great at all, the surrounding. The beach isn’t nice, there is airplane traffic all the time anf the whole hotel seems a bit old.

We liked everything

I am sorry for not having posted my review long ago but as they say better late than never! Me and my fiance were celebrating our anniversary.We had a top stay! Everything and everybody was perfect! Special thanks to: Tina the Reservation Manager for the outstanding upgrade, Maria the Room Division Manager for not only fulfilling our special requests but even exceeding them, Marina from the Reception for the wonderful welcome and professional service, Theoni from the Reception for the client oriented attitude and Nikos the Porter for his friendly and helpful service. Special applause to the owner Mrs Helen for preserving the memory of Mr Konstantinos, i was moved ( i used to be their employee once). I highly recommend this hotel and wish to the whole team all the best! Thank you for everything!

.At one of the meals I found a piece of glass in the food and only discovered it during chewing Cleanliness in the rooms is beyond criticism There was no hot water for the evening shower even though we asked for it every day during the 7 nights we visited Uncomfortable beds outdated facilities One lifeguard for the whole hotel We had ants in the room

Crepe bar and drinks bar available until 00:00 Friendly staff Children really enjoyed the entertainment team although it felt mediocre compared to other hotels we have visited in the past
