Very central location and the hosts was amazing and very helpful! The room had everything we needed and was cleaned daily ! Breakfast was served at the door everyday with loads of fresh fruits and things such as yogurt and pastries!

Breakfast was somewhat disappointing in that it was mainly pre-packed items, rather than fresh. Bread was fine but with only the option of boiled egg, cheese spread or a sweet spread, after a few mornings this was somewhat boring. If I had known the circumstances I would have chosen to go out for breakfast; there was no table and only one chair. Having run a B & B in France for more than ten yours (with Booking.com) we missed a common area. It needed to be made more clear that the swimming pool was only available to certain rooms,

We were very appreciative of the lift. The toiletries provided were good and the beach bag with towels was also something we liked. The reception and cleaning staff were excellent and very helpful. Also useful were the iron and airer. Locxation was also excellent.

It was so clean and modern and the owner was so helpful and kind. I have not stayed in a better apartment in all of Greece. They deliver a lovely breakfast basket of the basics and all the refreshments apart from the alcohol are complimentary. Really enjoyed it and will be back again.

Nothing I didn’t like.

Very clean and modern hotel offered at a great value. This hotel is located directly across from where some fairies dock, keeping walking to an absolute minimum after deboarding the boat.

Great location in Ermoupoli just off the main road by the port. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delivered to our room and was a nice spread. The attention to detail was appreciated with complimentary bathroom soaps, shampoos, toothbrushes, fresh robes and slippers as well as a welcome drink and sweets and cool drink and waters in the mini fridge.

We absolutely loved our stay at Shapes Luxury Suites! It has everything you need including a comfortable big bed, large shower, big smart tv, bathrobes, air conditioning, a fridge which is stocked daily with complimentary juice, water and soft drink and a nice big beach bag and beach towels to take out with you! They really have thought of it all! The breakfast delivered outside the door was so nice to wake up to each morning. It is in a great location in the heart of Ermoupoli and just a short walk to the bus station that takes you to all the beaches. The owner was so accomodating and kind, we can’t fault this hotel at all. Highly recommend!

Everything was great

The suite with plunge pool was excellent and had everything you would need. Our host was also very helpful when our child ran out of nappies. We also loved sitting in the pool watching the ships come into the port. A great hotel!

Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy our balcony pool because it was too cold outside. But that would've been the icing on the cake!

The room was outstanding, full of many amenities! The location was perfectly located in the heart of Ermoupoli by the harbor and the staff was so attentive and helpful!

Perfect location, cannot get closer to the port. Very nice, modern, and luxurious accommodations. Staff could not be nicer - so helpful, and set the tone for an exceptional, relaxing visit to Syros.
