It has everything you need! We stayed our last night of vacation & just enjoyed the amenities! Private beach access, pool and more places to enjoy the view than we could’ve imagined. We will be back!

The only thing we didn’t like is that we were not able to stay longer, because we were flying the next day.

We loved everything. The location was amazing, Vasilis (Billy) was amazingly helpful and showed hospitality beyond our expectations. There were others staying there you could talk with, however you still had all the privacy you could ask for.

Airport is close , so you can expect some noise from planes. But we didn´t mind it at all :)

Great place to rest, everything is very close - nice beach, supermarket, beach bars, restaurants. Airport is less than 15 minutes by taxi. Billy is very friendly and nice.

What a fantastic place! we loved it. Plenty of space, lovely spacious garden with great views, direct access onto a lovely small beach (with a natural paddling pool which is ideal for toddlers), Supermarket immediately over the road, easy walking distance to some lovely beach side tavernas and other shops. Honestly, I don’t think that this posting does the place justice. The house itself is rather delightfully quirky which is what you’d expect from being a converted restaurant and the kitchen is fantastic! Artemida itself is a lovely beach town which has a very relaxing local and non touristy feel to it. Billy the owner is a true gem and so friendly and helpful.

It was already clear in the advertisement so this didn't come as a surprise. The separate (but private) bathroom wasn't the most comfortable but all the other features made up for it.

A great place for travellers with its location close to the airport, fabulous sea view, the privacy of the indoor and outdoor space including the access to the beach, and the character of the unit

The only critique is that I wish the bathrooms would have been in the same room building as the bedroom. But not a far walk at all and very clean bathrooms.

Perfect stay if you are looking to get away from the hussle of Athens. Host is amazing and accommodating- don't be turned off by the detached bathroom, it is a private space and BIG. Beautiful views all around, intersting property with a history. Private beach entry (take water shoes if your feet are sensitive) that goes to the beach where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. STAY HERE!

We did have issues with the internet. Billy tried to assist the best he could; however, on most days we had limited connectivity.

Excellent location with access to the beach. Sitting out on the patio overlooking the water was wonderful, and our kids could run around the yard. Billy is easy to speak with and always available to help. I would highly recommend and will be looking to come back with additional family and friends. Located 45 minutes from Athens.

Nothing. Perfect stay. But watch out: Google maps calculated a wrong route to the airport (to a entrance that was restricted to the public). Couldn't ask Billy because it was 4 a.m. :-)

1. WiFi is extremely weak, basically no-existing. 2. Bathroom is in another building which was a little inconvenient, but it was clearly communicated before so no big deal. But if you wanna take a shower you need to turn on the water boiler 25min before to get hot water. 3. Hygiene has room for improvement — there was hair in the sink and I got mild rash from using the bed linen…. 4. Not the hotel’s problem but the other group of guests were having very loud conversations in the yard until 3am in the morning which totally ruined my sleep. 5. The public yard could use some better maintenance, it’s all yellow. 6. The walk to the public beach& restaurant is, despite short (5min), quite uncomfortable, there’s no real pedestrian and you need to be very careful about the traffic.

I only stayed one night here as its close to the airport. Has its own private beach which is lovely.

The bed was dreadful. Uncomfortable mattress and the bed clothes were inadequate for 2 people. We had a very bad night's sleep. Apparently the bed is to be replaced. Wish we had known that.

Right next to lovely beaches and one superb restaurant. Good air-conditioning. Very helpful manager who was a delight to communicate with before and during our stay. Less than 15 min0s from airport.
