United KingdomJust a little issue with towels being hard. I think they dry them in the sun. It's very scratchy on your face. Could do with a sink plug. A lot of wasted water having a wash. Shower was lovely even though they don't have shower head holder. But just minor issues. New pillows would be nice, they are very hard in my room.
I liked the location right by the beach. It has its own courtyard with table and chairs and a hose to wash the sand from your feet, a gravelled area with loungers. Cleaning lady very nice. I stayed upstairs to start with, didn't think, I could have requested room on ground floor because of mobility issues but the next day they moved me downstairs. Very accommodating. Guests can use pool in sister hotel opposite, which is brand new called cabana Blu and can leave your cases in a room there while you wait to go back to airport. And to top it off, they give out a little gift of honey, nougat and sweets in little presentation box. Staff are amazing there. I will definatly stay again there.

HungaryFirst of all I would like to express the fact that we had an absolutely amazing time in Kardamena, definitely gonna come back, but not to this hotel. Firstly the location of the hotel is beyond perfect. But. The pictures here are not true to the real experiences. The pictures show a fancy room which is definitely not true. But that was the least important problem for us! Concerning the food the breakfast was acceptable but the dinner was not as good as someone would expect from a 3 star hotel. Not many choices, the quality was terrible. Not a type of food what you would taste in Greece! I advice you to choose another restaurant instead. Arriving to the hotel we had to face some extra charges like 7EUR/days for air conditioning, which on the website was mentioned among all the provided services that we payed for. The staff was not very welcoming, they wanted us to finish our dinner really quickly, and we didn’t see a smiling face during our stay. The sunbeds of the hotel were also provided for those who stay at the hotel. On our 3rd day a waitress came and told us that we have to pay or order something from the bar. Which we wasn’t satisfyed with either.

The location of the hotel is perfect!! The staff is really nice! They answered all our questions and they are happy to help if necessary. The towels are really soft and you can get new ones every day when they clean the room.

The property was absolutely spotless and for the price it was, there can be no complaints regarding value for money. It was a lovely balcony, with everything you required in the bathroom and bedroom, and was cleaned every day. It was of course basic, but that was not a bad thing in this case for us. Due to the pool and sunbed availability in Kardamena, the lack of a pool was not an issue at all. It was a great hotel in a fantastic, central location and would definitely return for a cheap long weekend, and would even stay longer than this.

everything was perfect here, i didnt pay a lot so didnt expect a lot, but what i got for my money, was money well spent, the room was spotless nice crisp white sheets clean pillows free shampoo and conditioner bed changed often and towels cleaner came everyday and plenty of toilet rolls left, the staff were very friendly and the cleaner was so nice too also free wi/fi

TurkeyI am not one to write bad reviews, but this one was really disheartening. The check-in process is a shambles. If you need to talk to a human being, forget it. The phone number rings out. They don't check their email. Eventually I got someone on the phone with the help of the Greek owner of the hotel I stayed in the previous night. I had arranged to come a day later, and the mystery person on the phone said "no problem" and then the next day it got messy at the check-in. A few days later I booked another hotel, being very tired. I wanted so stay in Kos. But booking.com showed this hotel again as one of the options. Now this is not the hotel's fault, rather an annoying glitch with the website that it throws in suggestions 70km away (not so ideal when one travels by bike). Anyway, i mixed this place up with the Kos hotel I had stayed in and booked. And any attempts to get my money back fell on deaf ears, because, as above mentioned, they don't check emails, they don't answer their phone. Very very unprofessional. And I'm also loathe to book via booking.com - there's plenty of other websites that are far superior in supporting us customers. Shame on you both

TurkeyI stayed one night and the check-in was a disaster (for reasons too long to explain now). The stay itself was OK, just a bed (it was clean), nothing else. No breakfast etc. My main issue: They don't check their emails, they don't answer telephone calls. What sort of business is this? If you need to talk to someone, then good luck, you won't get hold of someone. The reception is handled from the hotel across the street. Further, booking.com has this hotel listed loosely when you check for accommodation in "KOS" (meaning city of Kos). In my tired state I booked accidentally a second time (confusing this hotel with another one I had stayed in -- when you have stayed in 6, 7 different places, the hotel names all become a blur). Very poor on the side of booking.com but made worse when the hotel is not dealing with any means of communication. Any other place might have reimbursed me for my money, as soon as I realised what I had done I started the process.
Location was a little bit outside of the main shopping precinct. Easy to walk.
