It would have been good to have a bar for sundowners but I suspect that there would have been one in high season.

A surprisingly stylish, modern boutique hotel overlooking the sea with spacious, contemporary rooms, comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. The space in the room was cleverly executed with a good sized wardrobe, coffee station, a terrific shower and great toiletries. There's a lovely terraced garden overlooking the bay with comfortable sunbeds and a path down to the sea and the swimming pool has a great view. We stayed for three nights at the end of September and would have stayed longer except they were closing for the winter. Breakfast was good with options cooked to order and it was only a ten minute walk into the middle of town for dinner.

Everything was so good. The staff was so kind and ready to help us in every need. The room has a cleaning service every day. The pool and the room was so clean and the view was breathtaking. I'll be back again next summer.

Not a lot however constructive comments are as follows. Would be nice if the cafe bar came to ask if you would like a drink/ snack every so often. Would be nice if the breakfast would run a little later than 10.30 or even better be able to request breakfast delivery to your room. This would make the Deamaris 6 stars :)

Beautiful location with every room getting one of the best views of the sea. Nice to see that a beach terrace has been added, not mentioned on the website with access to the sea with excellent loungers and a new cafe bar for drinks and snacks. Short walk into the buzzing Sivota you get the best of both worlds here. We will return

While it was a new and modern facility, there is no elevator and there were many stairs in order to reach our room and the breakfast area. Certainly not for disabled or older people.

The location was great just in front of the sea with a magnificent view. Room was spacious and luxurious and also very clean. They offered us clean towels every single day!!! Amazing. There was a Nespresso machine in our room with coffee capsules refill every day (free of charge). There was a great variety of fruits, bread, cake, pies, yogurt etc, in the breakfast while we could order different kind of coffees and omelets free of charge!!! The manager and staff were very kind and friendly. Overall it was a great experience, we strongly recommend it.

We have had a great stay in this hotel. The view was breathtaking, breakfast is delicious, the room and all the area is very quiet, pool is nice and clean. Would definately come again and recommend to a friend. Compraing to some places nearby for the same price that claim to be "villa" (but in reality those are just rooms for rent or studios for rent), this hotel has exceeded our expectations!

It was a bit difficult to find the reception/office in the basement - a couple of signs would help. And a power outlet for hairdryer etc. next to one of the mirrors would have been nice. But all in all, very small lacks.

Great place. We really enjoyed our holiday here. Keywords: Unique view over the small bay and the sunset, a big room and a nice balcony with a modern design, totally clean, a very quiet area, a fantastic breakfast served on the breakfast patio (of course also with a great view - all the way to Corfu and Albania) - and... the most important of it all: A very service minded staff, especially hugs, love and thanks to you, Christina and Ephi (?).
