Overall it was great and there is no real deal breaker. There were just small minor things that didnt bothered us much. We felt that our Deluxe Junior Suite was a little bit too dark in the bathroom and even in the room itself, making it little bit difficult to shave or doing make up. The TV in our room could get a modernization. Best would be to install a Smart TV to be able to use Streaming Services / Youtube or at least have more channels (one for Kids for example). The selection in the breakfast buffet was the same every day.

Very nice and accommodating staff and room service. Very Clean and Comfy Room's. The bathroom always felt hygienic and clean. Also the facilities including the pool and gym was very clean and well maintained. Our Deluxe Junior Suite was big and we had plenty of room to rest. The view from the pool side and teraces was very beautiful. Plenty of parking space and very good wifi coverage and speed.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but there were quite a few families with young children that were sometimes very loud in the restaurant. It would have been more enjoyable if there was an adult only dining area.

We loved everything - the view, the food, the serene ambiance, the very comfortable room and bed…all nestled in the hills.

Breakfast has room for improvement because it has many sugary options but not a lot on the healthier side, like fresh fruit and vegetables. Coffee also could be much better.

Wonderful location, high quality accommodation. Been coming here many years in a row, always very happy with it. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast and lunch at the hotel were superb. Staff were incredibly friendly, professional and helpful at all times, I cannot praise them enough. The whole experience was fabulous.

Nothing to say here - we love this hotel and have stayed there around five or six times over the years. It's consistently good.

Wonderful views of the sea and hills. The surrounding area is beautiful - excellent beaches with safe swimming, uncrowded, with a backdrop of rugged mountains and hills. Syvota itself is lovely too with its boutique shops and restaurants. The hotel is positioned in a magnificent location on a hill overlooking the Ionian Sea, and has swimming pools and terraces from which you can enjoy this panoramic view - it is genuinely captivating. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The gym has a lot of broken equipment. The breakfast menu is almost the same every day. The AC is centralised one, and often problematic due to the door sensors. It feels a bit overpriced because you can get the same services at a 3* hotel, but I guess this is the price in the area.

The resort is very nice. Nice views. It has a lot of pools and was not crowed. The wifi was great. Very clean rooms. The rooms are spacious. Bella Vraka beach very beautiful and very good for families. Drafi beach was also nice, just 15 min away by car. It is not crowed at the pool so you can always find an empty sunbed. Restaurants in the port area were great. Sivota is very clean and safe.

We visited at a very busy time of year (August) and it was difficult to find a parking spot on the premises but the staff assisted us and everything went well.

Everything, including the location and the room. Very nicely decorated. The staff was very helpful and professional. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety.

The hotel is beautiful, always clean and tidy. Staff are very attentive and efficient and everyone we met was so helpful and friendly. Great location and reasonably close to town to explore, although it is a walk uphill on the way back. Good value food in buffet and restaurant had a good selection of food.

Its a comment; on the desk the hotel charges us with accommodation tax extras then the tot price that booking gave to us!

Breakfast was fine but needs more variety. They need more staff by the pool because it was difficult to order a drink. Main restaurant needs improvement on the menu, very poor for 5 stars.

The location of the hotel is good, very close to the centre and to Bella Vraka beach. The staff was very friendly. Our room was comfortable, clean and with nice view. The pool area was very relaxing and has amazing view.

it was wonderful, everything super, exellent staff, especially i want to thank miss Elly. i want to share an episode: i forgot a lot of money in the room after check out, the staff found them , they called directly to me. very helpful staff. for sure i will come back

Restaurant was not open since the resort was just coming out of COVID lock-down. Food and drink selections were limited and a bit pricey. The room was a little tight for 3 people.

Room and pools and facilities were very clean. There were three crystal clear pools. There are great beaches a short drive from the hotel. The views are stunning.
