Really nothing. There is a steep walk between the pool and the cottage we were staying in, but the higher up the hillside you are, the better the views! And the pool is so beautiful, it’s a must to enjoy it.

You have to be well prepared, no breakfast facilities and the property is 1k away from the nearest supermarket up a very steep hill. We did not mind but it would not suit everyone. The host offers a complimentary lift service at set times during the day which is excellent. The wonderful stay is worth the strenuous exercise!

The cottages have been very tastefully designed & our spacious. They are situated in the middle of a tranquil wood/olive grove on the side of the hill 1k from town. We had a large balcony overlooking a lovely warm pool with a panoramic view over Skiathos town. We were blown away by the setting & overall experience. We watched the sunrise, boats & planes take off & land in the distance

The long steep walk back up to it from town. I tried it once on the first morning but then used the free shuttle service which was much appreciated.

Thete was bot anything I did not like. It was a fab stY all round.

I felt the location was great, however it is a little out of the way and is surrounded by rolling hills. However the great thing about these cottages. The owners are very conscientious regarding that it is a little remote, they iver private shuttles back and forth to tne Town and they are willing to help when and whete they can. This is within the price of stay

Our only slight downside was the steepness of the hills to the property from the town. It is walkable but quite an effort due to the incline. The hosts offer complimentary lifts in the morning and evening for dinner. This is the compensation for an amazing view!

Beautiful view of the Aegean from the bedroom and patio. The apartment was comfortable and true to the pictures. The location is quiet and tranquil. The apartment itself is secluded and private. The hosts Apostolos and Litsa were friendly, welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. They puck you up and drop you at the port or airport which makes for a seamless yransfer. There is an honesty bar at the infinity pool which is fabulous. The pool itself is clean, quiet and has great views over Skiathos Town and the sea. Thank you Litsa and Apostolos for making our stay as easy as possible!

We would have preferred a 2nd bedroom for my 2 daughters.

The cottage was really lovely. The views were just stunning, the pool was great & although the location was up a very long steep hill, it was never too much trouble for our host to give us lifts to & from town. We would definitely like to visit again. 😊

We liked everything! But the hillside is steep, even walking between cottages and pool, so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Cottages high on a hillside with spectacular panoramic views over Skiathos town towards the sea. Our cottage was very spacious and comfortable with everything you need and a lovely balcony for sitting outside. Cleaned daily to a high standard. Regular lifts provided by owner to town and airport. Lovely infinity pool with comfortable sunbeds. Would highly recommend!

A bit isolated but the regular daily lifts into town and the beach meant it wasn’t really an issue

Amazing views, quiet, very clean and often had the pool all to ourselves. Great apartments with large balcony and fully self contained kitchen. Appo and Litsa were very friendly and hospitable, we would definitely recommend the Garden cottages to our friends and family!

There is nothing I didn't like. There are a couple of suggestions as in to have some cleaning items in the cottages as in brush and mop. The cottages are cleaned on a daily basis but as a family we do also like to keep where we stay, tidy. Oh and sorry I did think the mattress was a bit harder than I would normally have. But it wasn't to bad. I would suggest that you hire a vehicle (we hired a quad) as its very steep going up to the cottages but the positive is that the owners do transfers to the town etc also will go straight to your cottage.

I think for some the cottages may be located on a bit of a steep slope and the walk into town is hilly on the way back. We didn't mind it at all and appreciated being in such a secluded spot, yet so close to the Skiathos town.

Beautiful place, lovely cottages, everything you could wish for in terms of equipment, comfy bed. Cottage was cleaned every day, the pool area was immaculate and nicest we have come across. Stunning views, and the hosts met us and took us back to the airport at the beginning and end of our stay. They also provide lifts several times of the day and evening for those wanting to go in to the port - although it was only a 15 minute walk anyway. Couldn't have been more helpful.
