The communication of meeting up to check in could have been better. We waited a good 40 minutes at least and our whole family was tired.

Wi-fi Internet does not even catch the network that the hosts indicated to us. The strange thing is that we didn't have phone coverage in the apartment and we couldn't even use mobile internet. We were missing a salad bowl and tray. The bathroom is not particularly clean, the water heater is small and the hot water sizzles, but at least it warms up quickly. We were 5 people (2 adults and 3 children) and it was stocked with 4 large bath towels and 3 single duvets, good thing we brought our own.

Cozy apartment in Nea Skiathos with good size, 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen and sofa bed, bathroom and lovely large terrace with dining area. The apartment is located in a nice building, with wonderful green areas. There is air conditioning, a TV (but something didn't catch many channels, let's say almost nothing), a large fridge, which is a big plus, a kitchen with dishes and a stove with an oven and 2 hotplates, an extractor hood, a thermos kettle and a coffee maker. Realistically, if the kitchen and bathroom were nicer and well maintained, the appliance would be excellent. The beds are comfortable. Located on the main street, the central beach is 10 minutes away and a small rocky beach 3-4 minutes away.

- at the top level at the maisonette was very hot because it didn't have air conditioning. There were 2 at the first and ground floor but the cool air doesn't go up. In the future they need to move the one from the first floor to the top floor so the whole house has cool air. - the kitchen furniture under the sink was with mold

The whole apartment needs a bit of improvement, especially the bathroom which needs to be repaired and repainted urgently (full of dump and mouldy) also all power outlets must be fixed or repaired urgently.

Didn't have a tent on the terrace, although in the pictures when we book our apartment there was a tent. It was impossible to sit on the terrace after 2pm. without a tent. Big mosquitos in June. Poor internet signal first couple of days.

Quiet location of the apartment, excellent for a family holiday. It was very clean, with different sizes of towels for everyone.

Extremely many mosquitoes, rusted chairs in the room, no bedside tables to leave personal things, not very well cleaned, the TV was not working. The owner promised the first day that he will bring a new one (although the problem was clearly not the TV but rather the antenna). I called the next day to remind the issue, the lady said with a rude tone that the technician came but we were not there which was a lie. I had to call two more times to get an answer. The only staff member that was really kind is Eirini. After letting us four days without TV, and many many phone calls, she called to apologize for not finding a technician and proposed us to stay one more night but it was not possible for us. I'm still waiting for a written confirmation of this offer.... I hope they will keep their promise. All in all, not highly recommended but a decent cheap solution.

No hot water for 2 days of our stay. We had to have freezing cold showers as no one bothered to tell us that the hot water boiler was not turned on.. Very very dissapoiting. Beds mattresses were old and very uncomfortable. We all bad sleep. There was no air-conditioning on top level, we could not sleep there way too too hot so a few of us slept on lounge or squashed in small beds to fit.

A most disappointing stay in room C1, which looked nothing like the photos available on Booking, included damp, moldy doors, unsecured dangerous cables, dirt, dust and cobwebs everywhere, unstable beds and a serious insect problem.

It wasn't cleaned enough, especially the bathroom. The toilet system didn't work. Not all guests have an access to the barbecue.

The location is very convenient. It is quiet place close to the beach and main objects. There is a nice yard. There is a place for parking near.

You may not get exactly what you booked, but something similar. Some things were broken in the appartment, but they fixed it very quickly when we reported it. Also, prepare for the internet detox vacation(!!) The internet in the apartments is TERRIBLE! But it seems that it's the common issue in the whole place. - The range of the router is short. - There are limited amount of users that can connect at any time. - Even when you manage to connect, you can't even download a single picture (it's that slow) you can only send text messages. - I paid for a mobile internet roaming package, but it was unavailable in the rooms, only outside of facilities (?!?!)

Small not-so-crowded place. Mostly Greeks, not many turists.

It depends on the description. It is in a settlement and that is very safe for family with children. Quite close to the sea, you can go on foot in 3-4 minutes. The price is very affordable. We found parking easily. Clean, clean sheets and towels. With a comfortable kitchen and many cooking utensils. Good internet if that matters to anyone.

First of all, there was no one there to meet us for the check-in. When I called the phone number, the guy on the phone sent us to another apartment on another location, just to find out that that apartment has been occupied, and we had to go back to the original location. They did not care at all to welcome us, but the next morning they had no trouble coming early on, to collect the money for payment. The Wi-Fi was almost non-existent, the connection was awful. There was no switch for the water heater anywhere, so we had to use the circuit breaker in the fuse box to turn the water heater on and off. There was a leaky valve in the bathroom, and there was a bucket set underneath it, so we had to empty it every 12 hours, so it would not flood the bathroom. Oh, and last but not least, we had a pet spider(s) in the bedroom, and we went home with a rash.

The only available beach was about 800 m away. The premises were missing a nice stove and utencils. all rooms only had 2 beds and one wardrobe so you would have your items laying down on the floor. Parking if you are lucky to find and when I asked one of the employees if I can park in the inside street since one of guests left she denied my request. There is only one AC in one of the rooms so you would need to open every door to cool down the apartment. Over priced for what you get.

No mobile signal in the house plus a bad and slow wifi. There were mosquitoes in the bushes around the house and we couldn't sleep with open windows.

Very comfortable and clean. Kitchen equipment with all the basics you need. Nice balcony, A/C well placed in the house, it keeps all the rooms cool. Super close to a descent beach with pebbles. Also very close to stores and restaurants of the Nea Skioni village.
