The pillows and the bed were a little bit hard and uncomfortable for us especially the first night , but it is a personal preference.

The price was very good and I had what I asked , double bed , hair dryer and balcon at the first floor.we had enough place for our baggage. The fridge was also very useful and the small kitchen,although we didnt use it.It was so close to the beach and to the center ,but also quiet. The staff of housekeeping was very polite and friendly. It was a nice stay for our holidays!

The bathroom and the balcony had weird smell. There was no parking available, the parking "provided" by the property was what you find on the street, and in high season we never seem to find parking spot nearby the hotel.

Good location, close to the center of Sarti and close to Sarti beach. The wifi was ok.

The bed was short and my husband’s legs sticked out, it was’t so comfortable. Under the shower there wasn’t any space to place your shampoo and soap.

Very close to other buildings. No sponge, neither dish soap. The walls are very tiny. You feel like no privacy. The table is outside the room, but you can eat on balcony, but the space is really small. The tap's hose in shower was broken.

The position is very good. Close to the beach. Nice and polite staff. They room is cool, don't need AC

The neighbours are too close, you can hear them talking in their rooms. The internet did not work for more than a day.

Excellent location 5 minutes to the centre and 3 minutes to the beach, yet im a quiet street, very nice host, good room. Great value for money.

The only complaint is kitchen with little more utensils (more knives and plates).

Everything was excellent. No complaints. Location is perfect. We had the room on the floor with terrace, that was excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful.

First of all I wouldn't call it a hotel, it's more apartment style accommodation. Small improvements in rooms are needed (ie number of power outlets) and toilet (hair dryer upon request only). While pillows are excellent beds are not as good, bottom plate is above mattress level so it's not easy to find comfy foot position. I opted on Booking.com for one double bed and two single bed in each of 3 rooms. What we actually got was double bed and one single bed in two rooms and one room with double bed and one additional bed. I hope both Booking.com and Sky Hotel will handle this issue for future visitors and to list bed numbers in rooms properly.

Sky is not a hotel, at least in the typical sense. It's a complex of rooms. The quality of accommodation and hospitality in general, were poor at best. The room was small and expensive for its size, noisy, smelly and the manager only seemed to care about how she was going to get paid and how soon we were going to leave the last day (the sooner, the better). When we made a complaint about the smells in the room the first night (probably from the kitchen of one of the nearby rooms), the answer was to simply close the bathroom door. When we asked for a softer light, they just gave us three small tea candles. The quality of the furniture and the window frames was also poor, whereas, from its very small balcony the only thing you could see were the balconies of the nearby rooms, complexes and houses.

There was mold in the bathroom. We contacted the owner and they came and cleaned it. But the whole place was not very clean. On the pictures it seems very nice in reality it was disappointment.

In the morning it was very noisy. We could hear all the other guests and employees talking. Some windows faced the patio and stairs. There was no cleaning service (only once in the whole week) and we had to ask for the basics. Wi-fi was not working well in the room most of the times - we had to go out to the patio to use it. The shower curtain should have been replaced long time ago as it was black from the bottom (disgusting!) There is no reception in this property. Whatever you need - you have to call a manager. I could accept all these if the price was at least 50% lower.

The apartment was very big. Close to the center and the beach. Beautiful beaches around Sarti.

Host and the staff were really nice and helpful. The room was well decorated and tidy. Location was perfect, near the beach and the center. All in all, we had amazing vacation and we would come again :)
