Our heated plunge pool was very cold. We would’ve spent more time in it if it had been a tad warmer.

We loved EVERYTHING. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left, the staff was the best. Our room was everything we could hope for. We had privacy, a lot of space and such an amazing view. The breakfast was exceptional. The gym was clean & comfortable. Everything we needed was within walking distance. We’re looking forward to returning to this hotel as soon as we can. It was an amazing stay.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. The staff are exceptional at making sure you are looked after and the setting is breathtaking. The view from our room was something else. Very close to the centre of Pyrgos which is a great central spot for getting around the island. Hotel restaurant was not busy, so we thought maybe the food wasn't that good... until we tried it one night and it was amazing. Better beef than one I had paid 4x the price for in another restaurant! One suggestion would be to move the air conditioning off the central system so individuals can set their preferred temperature in their room All in all a fabulous place to stay and I would go back in a heartbeat.

There was a hob in the suite but there were no utensils. We need to ask for the pan. The cordless phone in the room wasn't working. Also I think the towels were too old and have become hard.

The staff was good. We were given a welcome drink on arrival. The pool was really nice with great views. The suite was very beautiful with excellent sea views.The hot tub was great as well. We were given complimentary wine and cheese and fruit platter which we loved the most. Also the breakfast was amazing.

The room with private pool had unbelievable views and felt very private. Perfect to celebrate our anniversary and my wife's birthday. The service was fantastic and all of the staff made sure we had the best time. I can only sing their praises. The restaurant doesn't have a huge selection but what it does do, is done extremely well as the food is amazing. We were so sad to leave this hotel but will definitely be back.

The suite was exceptional and very private. The suite looks much nicer in person than in the pictures. We were very pleased with the service there. Very accommodating and kind staff. They welcomed us with drinks and a cheese platter. The location was away from the noise and croud but still walking distance to some nice restaurants. The breakfast sent to the room was great. Huge selection to pick from and very delicious and fun experience to have breakfast while you enjoy the view from the comfort of your suite. The pool was warm and cleaned everyday.

I wish the breakfast was included on checkout day. It would have been great before the ferry.

The view was amazing and the staff was even more wonderful. This is definitely a wonderful place to stay if you are considering it. Also definitely opt in for the daily breakfast as the menu had so many options accomodating many diets and allergies. The spa was also to die for.

The service was great, Costandina & Minas took really good care of us! They suggested where to go and made our reservations (really good taste!) we loved the pool in our room (just hoped it was a bit warmer in the evening so we can also utilize it) and the breakfast was really good. Perfect location for Santorini as it’s away from all the crowds but still a 10 minute drive from the center and a 2 minute walk to Pyrgos town. Will definitely come back

Amazing and friendly staff that can’t do enough for you, huge rooms with jacuzzi’s on the balcony and the breakfast bought to your room every morning was incredible, a real 5 star experience!

Skyfall was stunning! I stayed here for my birthday and got such great treatment! The villa was amazing and the pool was big and WARM so perfect for late night swims. The staff was superb, very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options were great and delivery on time. I would definitely stay here again. Oh and even the restaurant on the property was amazing.

Beautiful facility. Breathtaking views. BUT, all of that is nothing compared to the attentiveness of the staff. Need to call out Mienas and Dina in particular who worked so hard to make us feel comfortable and relaxed despite the fact that we didn’t get all of our luggage until the last day. no detail was too small for this incredible staff.

only issue was that the ceiling was pretty thin hence every movement from the upstairs guests can be heard in my room.

staff was very attentive, the night guy even put out a massive bug for us even himself was super scared! :)
