Perfect location very central and close to the beach very quiet at night. Very clean and little touches like washing up liquid and other small essentials supplied very thoughtful. We will be back.

The weather,it rained for 2 days

It was just far enough away from the pubs to be able not to hear them,but not too far away from the shops and restrauants,just 50 yards from the main road.

Tsilivi is the best part of Zakynthos, very good place to stay. It’s a party place but not as crowded or “british” as Laganas, we only saw and heard people having a good mood, singing laughing, no overdosed young men. Smile’s Studios itself is very beutiful, clean, tip-top.

Perfect location. Close to main streets and beach but also quiet. Lovely to be able to use pool accommodation was cleaned everyday and had everything we needed. Hosts were helpful and let us have a late check out .

The accomodation is close to a busy street with a lot of bars. Keep the doors closed if you want to sleep early.

The apartment was very clean and had a spacious balcony with nice view to the garden and a little bit of the sea. Good airconditioning and enough space in the room. The hosts are very kind and gave us a late check-out. The village is very touristic but central on the island.

Some would consider lack of a pool a negative, but with beach 5 min away and a few cafes with pool attached to be found, it's hardly an issue

Great location feels more like a smart residential area. Top marks for supplying all the essentials you'd generally end up having to buy yourself: salt and pepper, washing up liquid, water. And a bowl of fruit jellies Nice cheerful owner, happy cleaner.

We had a ground floor apartment which was very spacious, with a large balcony. Peaceful and quiet location but only 50 metres from lots of bars and restaurants. The owners were a lovely couple and very helpful if you needed them. Beach and pool bars just a short walk. Peace and quiet on a night time. No hidden charges for the safe and air con. Overall a little gem and would definitely recommend.

We were satisfied with everything. The accommodation is friendly and cozy. It was in a quiet, peaceful place, but still in the center. We could walk to the beach on foot. Cleanliness, cleaned daily, towels and bed linen changed every two days. The hosts are direct and friendly. We spent the days pleasantly. As a thank you, we left a bottle of Tokaji wine on the table. To our surprise, we also received a nice gift when saying goodbye.

Everything was perfect. The host very nice and helpful. The room was cleaned everyday and the towels replaced, the property is very close to the beach and restaurants. There is parking space available in the yard of the property.

I liked everything 😃

The studio is perfect with everything you need kitchen cooking utensils, kettle, toaster and fridge with a small freezer compartment. We was on the top floor it has a bath with a over the head shower. Air con included and a safe. Great location near all the restaurants and bars and about 5 minutes walk to the beach. The room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels. Washing line and pegs provided too. The hosts who run this property are lovely if you need anything they will sort it for you.

A little bit far from the center.

Helpful staff. Wonderful surroundings. Peaceful environment. Very clean. A very useful tub in the bathroom where you can take a shower while sitting. Very comfortable bed.

We really liked our studio and I would definitely recommend it if you plan to stay in Tsilivi. The room was every day cleaned and we had a nice view from the balcony. The kotchen had evetything we needed. Although there is a busy road there we didn't hear any noise at night.

Best place to stay. Owners are very nice and helpful. Place is very clean. We stayed for 7 days and our apartment was cleaned twice during our stay! Last day the owner let us stay till afternoon as she knew we have flight in the evening. I deeply recommend this place if you want to have good holidays. It’s nice, beautiful, clean, calm and simply I couldn’t imagine better place to stay!
