Beds very uncomfortable and no parking

Great location, decent value and nice staff, but reallt cheap beds, and small outsated bathrooms scream to be updated ad this hotel will be a much more enjoyable stay. Over all you get a great kocation and an ok hotel for a fair, but this hotel is asking for some money

The room floor were not clean and the towels are not changed daily (same towels for 4 days). The room has a balcony directly in front of the beach but there is a huge tree that covered our view on the first floor.

Didn't have breakfast. Didn't have Garage or a parking spot which is a HUGE problem to that place. The decoration was kinda vintage. The furniture,the building etc is old but uhm it's ok I guess.

The hotel was litteraly on the beach, with nice view.The room was clean. We had great time in general.We wanted a place just to sleep. :)

the stuff were very rude and they tried to overcharge us. everyday they changed their prices and when we mentioned that they told us : this is the time for us to make money. the place was old and loud as there was wind and all doors and windows they were constantly cracking and making big noise. they didnt change sheets and towels daily and the prices were hitting the roof, as we asked hotels next door and at less price they were offering breakfast as well. the owners of the hotel were ironic, calling names and yelling at children. many families at second or third day they were cancelling their staying and leaving the hotel. There is no parking space near the hotel, very difficult to acess when you are travelling with luggages and children, no help from the stuff. The view from the back rooms it is very bad, old neglected houses. no place and no facilities to dry your towels and clothes. at the beach only two umbrelas, which are not good and are very dangerous with the smallest wind. one almost fell off on my babys head and to avoid this, i had a small injure.

the location was amazing. the hotel is only five steps away from the sea and very easy to visit taverns and rest facilities in town. The lady who cleaned the room was very polite and nice. The grandchild of the owner was also very polite *big contrast from rest of the family, but he couldnt save the negative vibes and ruddness from the rest of his family.

Perfect location with stunning seaview. Nice terrace also free sunbeds. Spotlessly clean room, clean towels every day & clean linen alternate days. On the beach so no noise at nighttime. Efficient air con. Staff were very helpful & friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

I would like to see some little improvements in the bathrooms. Because of Corona we did not have any breakfast, but Tolo offers so many great taverns and cafes, so at the end that was no problem at all. The hotel does not have its own parking, but there are some parking possibilities in the vicinity.

Our stay in the Hotel Sofia was amazing. It has a unique location, wonderful access to the beach, a unique beautiful terrace with probably the most beautiful bougainvillea (paperflower) tree in the whole Tolo. From the see the paperflower tree looks like a huge sitting Buda, and it also makes Sofia very special. The atmosphere was very friendly, the service was always perfect. We were in a room with a see-view which was absolutely amazing experience.

I would like to see some little improvements in the bathrooms. The view from the garden-view room was not so spectacular, but on the other hand it had the best WiFi access.

Our stay in the Hotel Sofia was amazing. It has a unique location, wonderful access to the beach, a unique beautiful terrace with probably the most beautiful bougainvillea (paperflower) tree in the whole Tolo. Initially, we booked a room without the see-view but we were offered a see-view room as soon as one was available. The service was great, and everyone was extremely friendly.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel and too expensive for what they offer. Very old furniture and sleeping on those beds is like sleeping on the floor. Very bad bathroom conditions. Very disappointed . Definitely not recommend it.
