Nothing to mention here, everything was truly perfect. Our stay was wonderful thanks to Sofia and her staff. Great value for money.

Frankly everything was superb, very clean, beautiful architecture, great view and the hosts were amazing and very attentive. The villa is new and well equipped. Housekeeping is every 3 days which is great and the housekeeper is quite picky. The villa is at a short walking distance to Panormo and all taverns and shops. Already booked Giasemi for our next summer holidays.🙂

Sofia Villas is an excellent property in a fantastic location. A 5 minute walk to the shops/restaurants. Panormos is a lovely small fishing village outside of Retheymo (takes only about 45 mins on bus to go to Retheymo which I would recommend). Panormos itself is beautiful, quiet, not very touristy, but with plenty of restaurant options (options for day excursions (recommend chania and lake) and a lovely massage parlour (Relaxika)). The villa is nothing short of luxurious - the views are impeccable (clear view of ocean).The location is perfect. There are three villas within the complex all completely private we barely even saw the people staying in the other villas. The property is cleaned every 3 days and the pool every 2 days. The pool is brilliant very big and deep perfect for swimming. I’d love to stay here again and would 100% recommend this to everyone.

The house is less than 100m from the busiest road on Crete. If someone is sensitive to road noise, it may be disturbing. There were also sewage smell issues in the bathroom, but if the door was kept shut, it did not affect the rest of the house.

Sofia and her team are amazing hosts. Everything was great! We got welcome and check-out gifts, the house was very clean, everything was working and in good condition. We stayed in the smallest (2 person) villa, and it has an unobstructed view of the sea. All the restaurants of Panormos are a few hundred meters away from the house. The whole property is fenced, hence safe for pets. The whole plot is well maintained, with lots of plants and flowers.

Thanks to Sofia, our stay in Greece was wonderful. the villa is amazing. everything at the highest level. On arrival we found a bowl of fresh fruit and wine. it was very nice. we were with a baby and all our requests were fulfilled. Definitely will come back again.

The host family, Georgos, Sofia and Emanouella were just wonderful. They met us at the house when we arrived even though it was late at night and gave us a warm welcome and full explanation of everything about the house. We had free Raki, wine and fresh fruits and a generous choice of coffee and teas. The housekeeping every 3 days was a great and very flexible and provided by a wonderfully kind couple as well.

The villa was luxurious and very well maintained. Sofia was really attentive, she made contact by WhatsApp before our arrival and kept in touch during our stay to make sure we were having a good experience. House keeping came every 3rd day and the pool was cleaned daily. Panormos is a lovely little town with plenty of tavernas us close walking distance from the villa.

nothing that would put us off staying again but a couple of things to note for others benefit . I would say none of them should put you off; The national road runs between the bottom of the plot of three villas and the town. there is an wide underpass so no problem with crossing it but you do get vehicle noise drifting up. It was not enough to disturb even at night , but you do hear it when sitting out, though we stopped really noticing it after a while. Also due to unfortunate acoustics you do hear music in the evening from a hotel quite some distance away and below the villa. However I should also mention the lovely bird song we heard during the day in the garden that none of the above spoilt. It is worth noting the kitchen and main bathroom are relatively small compared to the overall size of the villa. for us it just meant using the indoor dining room table as extended kitchen top space .

We spent four weeks here and would go back in a shot This villa was superb. It is modern and well equipped throughout and the swimming pool is large . It is set with two other similar villas on their own gated garden plot with olives groves behind and sea view in front . it is a short walk into Panormos and it’s restaurants. You get a sea view because you are above the town which means a steady but not difficult walk uphill , just one to consider if you have mobility issues. It was a lovely place to be, close to all the facilities the town has to offer, including just a short walk to the best beach ( with a taverna too) but far enough away by a short walk to feel you were in the country The hosts were great and the cleaning ladies looked after us so well, it was such a pleasure having them come around and get the place spick and span , hotel like cleaning services !

Sofia Luxury Villas is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is very near Panormo and close to all the lovely tavernas and bars of the area. But you can’t hear the noise of the streets in the apartment. The whole place made us feel at ease. Sofia was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when she welcomed us. I would definitely come again!

Secluded quiet location, clean and with a private pool. Only a 6 minute walk to a small local town, Panormos, so excellent for groceries and small local restaurants. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Emma and Sofia were incredibly helpful.
