The authentic stone house is nicely furnished and decorated, very clean. Comfy bed with a new mattress topper in a quiet location let us sleep well. Basic condiments, coffee, olive oil, etc, needed for preparing meals were available. The atmosphere of the place, the walking distance to Mystras and to the nice Restaurants in the village made it the ideal choice for us. The hosts are lovely. Thanks for your hospitality!!

The words cannot express the feeling of living in this cozy home with the magnificent view of a divine place, such as Mystras...... Plenty of room, fully equiped, ideal for both couples and families.....best value for money in the whole region!

The only issue that I had was that the actual sign for the property was a bit different than the name in the directions, and the gate was closed (I thought that it was locked so continued looking). Once I realized that the gate was not locked...it was smooth sailing!!!

I wanted to do something a little "special" for what was to be the last night in Greece, and as the final day was exploring the area West of Athens-I picked Sparti as my search area for accommodations. This property did NOT disappoint!!! It was an extremely late arrival, so the first view was that of City lights-but then awakened to a breath taking vista!!! The home was amazing, and would recommend this property to ANYONE!!! A+++++

The matras was really really hard... I went upstairs to sleep in that bed cause the matras was softer. Problem was that it gets hot upstairs cause there is no airco, so smart move of the owner to keep the bedroom downstairs, but would recommend changing the matras.

A beautiful house up in the hills with a view that will take your breath away. It isn't the easiest road to drive up to, but once we arrived we were in awe. Everything to check-in was messaged to us, so we could just enter the house easily and everything was ready for our stay. You also have everything you need. There are some restaurants nearby and it's a perfect base to go discover cities and archeological sites.

Nothing, everything is fine.

The house is amazing, spatious even for two couples,very comfy and clean, amazing view to the Mystras Catholicity and to the town of Sparta,after sun down grab a bear and stay at the balcony to enjoy the silence,best place I have stay! thank you P. S don't forget to feed the cat, it has he's own cat food at the terrace outside.

The shower head could not be hung to the wall as the thing holding it was broken. Also the place was reasonably clean, but not perfectly.

The views and the cozy atmosphere in the house were great. There was also ample space in and around the house.

We could not get the damper to stay open for the fireplace so could not have a fire. Also a small pot would have been nice to have in the kitchen. There was no hot water at the bathroom sink.

Location was beautiful and the home was comfortable. It was also close to a very good taverna Skreka.

The view itself definitely worth 10 - there are a terrific landscape view, seems people who live there can never be in stress because once you look around you are excited with the beauty. The house was just perfect, so authentic, decorated with love, spotless clean, with fully equipped kitchen and amazing terrace and small cozy balcony. It's impossible to rate below 10, really. A little bonus was a cute very beautiful and polite kitten who came to us for breakfast and dinner :) One more - lots of flowers around, including wild cyclamen everywhere on the hills. Don't forget to wake up for sunrises, you can see them from the terrace and they are amazing and different each morning.

The title of the property. Luxury house in the hills. It is a lovely rural property, but it is not luxury. At E200+ a night I expected alot more finesse. It is clean and nice, as you would expect a rural villa to be. I had hoped for better. It only had one bedroom, so no privacy for the 3rd bed. The shower was not good quality and there was a lack of hot water generally.

We received great instructions on how to reach the property. The views from the side of the mountain are amazing. The property is old style but felt newly built. The kitchen was kitted out with everything you could imagine except for a couple of essentials - microwave, small saucepans. Netfix is already loaded and there is an account you can use which was great.
