The bed was light and moving so much, maybe it can be improved but overall everything was perfect.

A perfect gateway to peace, I really enjoyed the immaculate scenery and the quietness of the area. Close to the sandy beautiful beaches of south Corfu (15-20 mins by car to Issos and Marathias) and the area itself had lots to offer regarding eating out.

Our only tiny criticism was that a double bed would have been preferred to 2 single beds but who cares!

Pauline was the most amazing, kind, helpful and lovely host! We enjoyed just having the chats with her. The accomodation is in a lovely location. Not bad as we don't drive, easy to walk to Messonghi and navigate island with public transport from there. Our views were beautiful, pool and hot tub were spotless. The hike up the hill to Chlomos was my highlight of our trip. We recommend. Lovely authentic restaurant 75 Steps was a 2 minute walk from the apartment too.

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The first thing we noticed was the amazing view on the ocean and the friendliness of the host. Our rooms were super comfy, the bed spacious and comfortable and with all windows and doors having mosquito nets, we didn't have any issues with mosquitos either. We can absolutely recommend coming here ^^ It's easier to get to it with a vehicle as it's a bit of a climb.

Some people might struggle with the rough track or steep road you need to walk down to get into the village, but it wasn’t a problem to us or you would need a car. Wish we had a double bed instead of two singles pushed together.

The views from the pool and apartments were beautiful. The apartments were very quiet and the pool area was never busy. The kitchen was well equipped so you could cook or even bbq if you wanted. Good facilities available if you had a late flight home, shower and covered outside kitchen area to make drinks etc.

Loved it here. Booked the Lemon Penthouse which has its own patio area including a jacuzzi and stunning views. Absolutely spotless and so peaceful yet close to great tavernas. Would recommend hiring a car. Pauline is just the best hostess .. nothing is too much effort. We will be back 👍

Lots of wasps with the location of the hotel in the mountains but good facilities in place to keep them out of the rooms with the door guards, would suggest having a car for luggage etc as it’s tricky with the hill.

I would love to give 10 points (of course 8 is still good), but unfortunately the apartment was different to what we expected from the pictures. The furniture looks cheap and a bit old/used. Also the Jacuzzi is very used and there are some broken parts. You need to hold the shower head in your hand when you take a shower. Compared to another apartment on the Island the price was too high for this furnishing. In the kitchen you can find enought dishes etc. and tea, nestea coffee, sugar and milk, but no salt, pepper, oil etc. or coffee powder for the coffee machine. The apartment is badly soundproofed and you can hear everything from your neighbors. The apartment has the potential for a 10 but defenetely needs an update.

Pauline took great care of us and was always easy to contact and very helpful. The view from the apartment was just stunning and the area ist very beautiful and calm (only the rooster is a bit too enthusiastic in the morning). The BBQ area is nice and there is everything you need (charcoal, grill lighter etc.). We were able to get some fresh fish in Korfu town, but in the near AB Market you can get some as well. And if you are lucky the fisherman comes to the apartment on request. There are several nice restaurants nearby. I would recomment to hire a car. After 2 days we received new towels and toilett paper. Everything was clean.

Only negative for people with limited mobility is the very steep driveway and it’s on a hill.

Wonderful property not too far away from messonghi. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Staff amazing. Pool fabulous. The view is so nice. Would recommend renting a car to explore more of the island.

The sea view is stunning and the apartments are very spacious. The hostess was very welcoming. The building is in the middle of a forest, which means a lot of wasps and hornets. Unfortunately, we had a nest above our terrace so we couldn't eat breakfast outside. This problem got fixed but that took nearly our whole stay. Also there were several technical issues like the jacuzzi not working properly. Also we had to hold the shower in one hand because the hinges were worn. Certain problems did get fixed in the end, but overall it was not enough for this price. Nobody offered any compensation, not even a bottle of wine or anything. We saw the managers doing their best and we understand it sometimes takes longer to get things fixed on an island, but it is still our loss in the end because we couldn't get out what was potentially in there. The swimming pool is way too warm and only makes sense for the evening hours, otherwise it is not refreshing at all. Spileo House is potentially a 10 out of 10, but in our case an 8.

Nothing at all. It met all of our expectations.

Apartment was spacious, quiet, amazing views and a great pool. The host Pauline was absolutely perfect. She personally welcomed us and showed us around the property. She went above and beyond every day to make our stay truly exceptional. She’s an asset to the property and is incredible in everything she does. Would thoroughly recommend the Restaurant “75 steps” just up the hill that Pauline told us about. There’s a lift so don’t worry about the steps. Food, service and house wine (home made) we’re all incredible.

I would definitely recommend a hire car to get about, as the location was a fair up hill walk from Messonghi.

Beautiful apartments in gorgeous location with stunning views. Every aspect of the property was beautifully maintained. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday this is the place to go. I would definitely return. Pauline was very friendly and helpful.

The staff of Spileo House was extraordinary friendly, they always tried to make you feel really comfortable. The pool has a fantastic view and wasn't crowded at all. AC works good and everything was perfectly clean. Would totally recommend staying here.

The location was perfect, our hosts and staff made us very welcome and couldnt have done more to make the perfect holiday. The apartment was extremely well equipped and full attention was given to covid protocols

Be aware that there is a rooster on the property next to the accommodation, so do not forget your ear plugs if you want to sleep with open windows! The pool was a bit too warm for my liking, but this is just my personal opinion and is a tricky thing during summer.

The apartment was spacious, with two rooms, and had everything you need. The kitchen is big so that is no problem to cook for yourself if you want. Each of the two rooms has an air conditioning and a balcony. Even pool towels are provided. If you want you could get changed your linen every two day (but please think of the environment). If you have any questions, problems or just want to have a chat, Pauline and Jayne are there and will help you with everything. They are so warm hearted and very nice people! The parking is directly in front of the house - only the turning could be tricky if all parking spots are taken. Just rent a smaller car - you do not need an SUV for driving the island :-)
