We had a very lovely stay at Spiros rooms. Gioula, Vasso and Machi were very nice and friendly. Our room was cleaned every day. And often we were finding little surprises like pieces of cake, pie or apples from their garden. Their place is very serene and cosy. We enjoyed listening to the birds in the garden, walking through olive orchards and gardens to the beach or riding the bike to nearby places. We are waiting forward to visit them another time.

Wonderful family-run accommodation in a lovely setting. Location is excellent, in a quiet area only 5 minute walk from Panormos Beach, which is a good halfway point of Skopelos. The most attentive and friendly staff you will ever come across and the room was kept very clean and well equipped. Everything was great and we would definitely love to come back to stay! There is nothing we don’t like, beside that our room is a little small but even though really cozy.

It is a really cozy room with a pretty garden. You have everything you need in the apartment! You can cook easily, make your own coffee, put stuff in the fridge with a freazer even a oven is included. You have a small balcony with few in the garden. The communication with the owner is easy in English and they offer you everything you want. They are really hearty and friendly! The accommodation is close to a little village with an awesome beach and cristal clear water.

We loved the beautiful setting amongst many trees and colourful and friendly atmosphere Spiros Rooms had created! Our hosts were so welcoming and kind- thank you for lifts from the bus stop, welcome basket, delicious feta breads and thoughtful leaving gifts! The room was spotlessly clean and ornately decorated! It was our favourite place we stayed during our time on Skopolos! We plan to return soon!

Our stay at Spiros Rooms was really amazing. We stayed there for 10 nights in one of the downstairs studio’s with kitchen. We cannot be more enthusiastic about the hospitality of Gioula and the rest of the ‘team’. What they offer is truly hospitality to the max and they are so pleasant and kind. The whole atmosphere and vibe of the place feels incredibly good and everything is very well taken care of. They think of all the details, one day we had a little rain to be expected and they put an umbrella outside every room. Every now and then they brought us goodies like little pastries and homegrown tomatoes. And when you arrive there is homemade marmalade in your fridge and some snacks to enjoy. They truly take care of their guests! The room was very nicely decorated and has everything you need, also for a longer stay. The cleaning everyday was exceptionally good. The garden is a haven of tranquility and has all these lovely handpainted details. It’s a very quiet place, because it’s a 10 minute walk to the main road of Panormos with all the café’s, restaurants and of course the beach. Walking there is very nice, but if you don’t feel like it, there are bikes that you can just take with you to go around Panormos. We hope to come back one day to this beautiful place and kind people. When you reach this place, it's like an oasis! The cars can be parked under the trees, the rooms are full of colour and there are plenty of places in the garden where you can enjoy your meal, a glass of wine or read a book in perfect silence. The AC and the mosquito nets were of great help as well, but one of the best things about the accommodation are the hosts, who are very kind and welcoming and who surprised us a few times with some delicious homemade treats or tasty tomatoes from their garden! We also liked the fact that they were not intrusive and gave people their privacy. Another aspect we appreciated was that we could easily walk to the beach (Panormos), to restaurants or to the supermarket and we didn't need to drive everyday. There are 4-5 very nice restaurants in the area, some of which are on the beach, where you can enjoy both a great dinner and the sunset. Spiros Rooms is within walking distance from all of them, so we could also enjoy a glass of wine, as we didn't need to drive. It was a perfect stay, exactly what we needed! :)

We couldn’t see a donkey. Yes I’m being silly. Because this question is silly. I couldn’t find anything bad about the property.

I felt like I was home and your best friend lived next door. The owner lives on site and brought all the guests home made snakes in the evening. Such passion from the owners you see it in the rooms it has everting. I mean everything.

It was great that the property offered bicycles for free but unfortunately the ones that were available when we checked had flat tires.

We absolutely loved this property! Beautiful “garden” where one is surrounded by nature. Perfect for disconnecting and relaxing while still being only 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. Our room was impressively clean and had a great, fresh natural temperature despite the heat outside. Ms Vaso and her two daughters, Mahi and Yioula, took great care of us and made us feel at home. We’d definitely recommend this place and will go back next time we’re visiting Skopelos!

We loved the atmosphere this place had - such a beautiful and calm oasis, full of greenery! The hosts were very nice, bringing us homemade goods and fruit from the property. They were always around when we needed help with something. Also the room was cleaned everyday, so it was always nice to come back to a tidy space. Renting bikes was also a big plus.

You are very close to Panormos beach but also you have the peacefulness of the countryside. We'd love to come back.

Amazing hospitality, beautiful courtyard, and even nicer folk. There are bikes available for free, so rolling down onto the beachfront is a joyful breeze. Lovely little BBQ area and a good spot for star gazing at night. 100% would go again. We love you Vasso, thank you!

Spiros Rooms are located in the quaint village of Panormos, on a quiet alley about 500 meters from the beach. It has a large lovely olivegarden with lots of places to relax available and also a good barbeque. The hosts are wonderful people and have made a home at Spiros for every guest. They were always helpful with information and everything else we needed. Our room was perfect and was very well equiped. We lacked nothing during our stay. The frige was big enough for all our groceries and the oven worked like a charm. We had good water heating and the room was warm and cosy. We loved our little patio for the morning coffee. Our host provided us with their bikes to ride to the beach and see the sunset as Panormos is a nice spot for sunsets. We had a great shaded parking for our cars and our hosts even let us use their water hose to dust them off.

That we stayed only 10 days.

The staff was very friendly, apartment was always very clean, and we always had small gift waiting for us when coming back from the beach/town... House and yard were so well kept and pretty. Surrounding was beautiful, safe, green, quiet. Location - perfect. 2 min by bicycle to the beautiful beach of Panormos. Free parking in the yard is a huge bonus. Definitely a place to stay again!

If you're looking for a calm place, comfortable and in the middle of a beautiful garden - this is it. 😍 Gioula and her mom are amazing hosts, very friendly and helpful. Room was perfectly clean with all amenities we needed, little kitchen equipped to cook a simple meal if you don't want to go to a restaurant some day. Beautiful garden around full of different fruit trees perfect for relaxation. Generally it is better to have a car or bike to move around Skopelos. But even without it the bus station, beach and restaurants in Panormos are just about 5 mins away by walking. This little town has beautiful beach and several good restaurants.
