I just needed a bed for an overnight stop before leaving and for that reason it was a reasonably priced place. Close to airport.

I think a lot of the issues with that place have been described in the previous comments. Mostly it is more an Airbnb type of place since the landlady leaves in the house occupying the first floor and renting upstairs. It was not a problem at all for us but I think its should be more clearly advertised, all the more than there is no independent entrance. There is also no sign on the door which makes it hard to find and we did not dare ringing the bell for a while... I was trying to call but no one answered the phone. In addition, the place is along a very noisy highway which is definitely a problem for light sleepers. The cigarette smell in the room can also be incomodating. Finally although the lady owning the house was very sweet, communication was not easy since our German and Greek are very poor.

Convenient place to stay to catch our flight to the airport. It is close to the metro (we use it to come from Athens) or taxi (one drove us to the airport in less than 15 minutes in the morning).

It was very difficult to find the house. Do not book this accommodation without contacting the host first to know the exact address. You should make sure you have the host’s WhatsApp so that you can contact them if you get lost. I advise the host to make the full address clearer for guests when booking

Super convenient location for a night layover before a flight out of Athens the next day. Only a quick journey on the metro plus a 200 meter walk. The room was spacious and comfy and the host was very friendly. Thank you :)

This is non existent. Went to the address, no house to be found. Called and emailed with no response. Asked the locals and they did not know. Very stressful. Luxkily a hotel nearby could accommodate me. Feel I ought ti get a refund.

The room was really cold and there was no heating system, it was also hard to communicate with the lady as she spoke very little english.

The old lady who runs the place is a chain smoker and a little kooky. She kept trying to speak German to me. The smell of smoke is pretty bad inside the house, but not inside the room itself.

The price cannot be beat. It’s also close to the Pallini metro station.

No contact with the host until after we arrived, which was quite hard with the incorrect house number. The German lady (who only speaks German) opened and was surprised of our arrival. We had to go through her semi-crack house to reach the stairs to the bedrooms. This place wasn't cleaned yet and thrash from the previous stayers was still there. You don't have a private restroom and no key for your own bedroom, only one from the hallway. We didn't like the idea of sleeping there, as it all was creepy as f***, so we only used it to drop our stuff and pick it up later at night. When we returned at 5 AM, we left the doors unlocked so we could move our stuff out. But when we were packing our baggage, the host locked the outside door with a beam and the fence gate outside! After reopening the locks and moving everything thing, we also noticed that the host was spying on us in the middle of the night through his windows. We will never go there again and I do not recommended other people to go there.

Very difficult to find despite messaging the host on the app to ask for more clear directions to the house and about checking in. Host gave unclear directions and replied by telling us to use google maps which lead us to a different house. Told us to look at photos which helped if you really investigated because there are not many and it is not clear. Notified the host on booking that we would be arriving late and he said it wasn’t a problem because his mom stays up late watching tv. Called the number listed one two occasions but had no answer. When arriving at the house (3rd house we tried) the lady who answered was not aware that we were staying which made for a very awkward situation at 12am. There is also no private entrance so we had to be let in and walk through her whole living space. No ac in the room as advertised, only a fan. Room was very musty and smelt like cigarettes. Slept with the door open to the balcony which overlooks a very noisy highway. Found a large bore bloody needle at the top of the stairs, which on top of everything else was extremely unsettling. I believe this is likely from a guest and not the lady that stays here. I would not stay here again. I am very surprised to find this accommodation on booking. Was more of Airbnb style with multiple guest rooms upstairs and no private entrance or locks on any of the doors

The German lady that lives at the house is kind and helpful. She was welcoming although she did not seem aware of our arrival despite messaging her son on the booking app of our arrival. Beds and towels seemed clean and was able to get a little sleep
