If you on a budget the place is okay . Friendly and helpful staff. But the location is not great, a lot of junkies, poverty around The room was cleaned on the 2nd day

The area close to the hotel didn't feel properly safe after 8pm, I don't recommend for solo female travelers to be in this area during the late night. You have to wait a bit to have hot water in the shower and the curtain was not the best, since it leaked to the floor a lot.

Really enjoyed how affordable the place is, considering the facilities, the location and the staff. It had an amazing balcony and a comfortable bed. Perfect for solo travelers.

However the area is a little bit rough and can feel unsafe. If you’re going out at night I would recommend to get a taxi even if it would be just a 10 minute walk.

We spent 5 nights at Stalis Hotel. The room was very very clean, had a bathroom and everything was functional. The bed was comfortable. The Hotel is very close to everything and it just takes a 10 minute walk to town. The staff was very friendly!

Although the hotel is placed in a bit shabby neighbourhood, it is still very central. The whole downtown is easily reachable by foot. The place itself is simple and clean without frills.

Around the hotel area were some junkies, and we discovered some used needles 40 meters from the hotel door.

Nice central location to the underground system. We had the necessary facilities, and it was made up daily. The staff was kind, and helped us figure out our first dayin Athens.

the district where the hotel is located is not a good one, it's dirty as well. out shower didn't have a door, so the bathroom was full of water. i would not recommend it if it's a girls' trip or a family trip. the place was a bit dark. but with the price is think it was okay.

Cleanness and staff during the check in. But in the morning the woman(receptionist) with the blue eyes was just wonderful.She was smiling all the time and trying to assist with everything.

The area that it’s in has a lot of people doing drugs in the streets pretty much right outside of the hotel.

The location is good but the area around the hotel is very bad. For example there are drug addicts/user's on the side of the narrow streets with little pedestrian walkways. The streets are very dirty in the area.

I liked the staff who were very friendly and kind. The hotel itself was clean. 24/7 open reception. A 15 minute walk distance from the main history center. There are 2 different stations right near the hotel, which is great.

It is in a shady neighbourhood but our walk from Omonoia station to the hotel did not require us to go into the more shady areas. Staff was also helpful in ensuring safety. Really appreciate it! Room was a little small.

Adequate for a short stay. Staff are super friendly and the best part of the hotel. The night shift lady came out to bring us in the moment we got out of the cab and the morning shift man was warm and helpful.

Some guests can be noisey, thin walls I presume. Area is a little run-down but mind your own business and you'll be fine
