Family accommodations were great, lots of pools to choose from. The nightly events were a highlight for us. We did wish there were a few more dining options included w the all-inclusive, but what was available was very good. The staff was very friendly, easy to communicate with, both English and German during our stay. WiFi was a bit spotty unless you were in the lobby near the hotspot. For a family, this is a fantastic option!

I am a pregnant single mom that traveled with my small daughter and elderly mom. The rooms were 1/2 and 3 floors high with no elevators which made climbing up and down the stairs a big issue with a stroller and a small child. if I would have known that, I would have booked another place. the place was accommodating and was willing to change us to a floor room after a couple of days, so overall a good experience.

the “vip” section of the pool you can not use any sun beds around the main big pool unless you want to pay , the main bar is not all inclusive very confusing , even some days no one was on the vip people only came for the parties from other hotels .

I would say they need more bars for guest in the water park. there is only one snack bar/drink bar in the water park area and this place is huge! they have 3 bars but 2 of them are not in the inclusive package.

The kids club is a letdown. There are ad hoc kids activities but mostly geared towards small kids (craft, face painting). It’s a small space and not a proper club. Being a huge hotel means parts of it can be loud, and one might encounter uncouth guests.

Food (we were there for more than 2 weeks and had amazing meals every day), service, slides (for kids). It’s a huge hotel but quite spread out, so you can find a spot to yourself easily. The beaches are sandy and perfect for children. Location is close to high street.

There seem to be some unfortunate savings measures in place and the front desk staff communication is terrible. We were never able to connect to the Wi-Fi from our room (which was centrally located). We asked about it at the front desk but they just shrugged and said it should work. We also signed a document at our arrival saying we’d be out of the room by noon on our departure day. Surprised I asked the lady at the front desk if checkout was at noon and she told me yes (not true as we found out). We also missed all the animation since none of the staff could provide us with a schedule or the magic QR code. Lastly, lots of food selection but not always the best quality. That said, everyone has different taste.

The family room was a good size and had everything we needed. We even had a surprise ocean view room which we really appreciated. The water park is definitely family friendly but also the party spot, although the (too) loud music stopped at 20:00. The restaurant and water park staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The buffet had a large selection as did the snack bars.

The wi-fi was very slow or didn't work at all anywhere but in the lobby. The hotel is quite noisy - carting on one side, party pool on the second side, ask for rooms in further buildings. No lifeguards at the sea/pool.

The beach was excellent (actually there are 3-4), a lot of space and places to eat, fresh food at any time of the day. Perfect choice for kids in different ages. Superfriendly staff always willing to help.

The resort has lots of restaurants & bars. Unfortunately only a few are included in the all inclusive package which was a little confusing & frustrating. The evening entertainment was limited and all in one small area of the resort - the other bars seemed to close at 6pm. It was difficult to get sunbeds due to people reserving with towels then not using the beds.

Nice hotel in a great location with lots to see & do. Perfect for families - several children's splash parks, slides, playgrounds. Food in both restaurants was amazing, especially the main restaurant - so much choice, fresh & good quality, plenty of vegan options, bottles of wine you can take for the table. The beach is small but there aren't many beaches on the island so it was nice to have it so close. The room was spacious with a nice outdoor terrace, the bed was super comfy! Great value for money, we would definitely return

Because of Covid-19 there was no laundry service. One treadmill was out of order.

The hotel was comfortable and right by the beach. The waterpark kept the kids entertained. The staff were all welcoming. The bar staff and reception were good. The gym has a personal trainer available

I loved the beach (there are 3 u can chose from) and the restaurant was really good! Though in end Sept and early Oct 2021 we were not super lucky with weather and several days were super windy and cloudy, at that moment I realized, that pools are also very cold. But at good weather it should be great! All the pools are different and if I was a kid I would be delighted.

Terrible evening entertainment. only one area for evening entertainment to sit at and it got very busy as not enough tables and chairs. The lobby area was very dull in lighting and ambience. No entertainment at all in this area but even music playing. This area needs to be improved with furnishings,lighting to make it an area you would like to sit in for a while.

We did not like the walls of the room which are so THIN, so because of that, we had to hear every noise from the next room and the room above us.... good or even normal sound proof quality for the rooms is very important for a comfortable stay as a hotel. And there are so so many mosquitos outside the room and they easily come into the room and very very annoying. There are so many blood marks of the mosquitos which previous customers killed them by smashing on to the walls and ceilings. We did not see so many disgusting blooded mosquitos smashed.... You need to take some action to solve the problem.

We liked the staff's friendliness and smile and also the foods at the restaurant were very nice! We liked the hotel price which is reasonable.

There was multiple shards of broken glass by the adult all inclusive beds which meant we cut our feet walking round The bars (swim up bar) in adult area were not part of all inclusive which was not made clear prior to booking. A number of beds close to adult pool had to be paid extra daily for and this was not made clear prior to booking or when we arrived.
