The property that was assigned to me was a different than the one shown in the application. It was 2.6km away from the actually property. I paid for a double bed economy room but the property manager said he is giving me a favor if he is arranging a room for me separately and based on that he said I have to move to a different property which was away (2.6km distance)

The property arranged for us was clean and a separate room in 2BHK. It was a quiet place to relax.

You can only check in after 2pm and there’s no place to sit if you arrive early. The owner seems to be unresponsive.

The Wi-Fi is terrible - to the point of barely usable. I rely on this a lot as a photographer and it seems they are using entry level Wi-Fi. At some points a speed check showed it at less than 1MB a second and I think the whole hostel uses it so if someone is streaming something, expect not to be able to use it. The toilets were also not great. One tiny shower for men in the whole hostel. Also no sign of the breakfast promised in the welcome email

Two nice guys working at and running the hostel. Laid back guys who are friendly. The curtains around the beds offer some privacy and the lockers are of a good size too

Male shower only has a curtain and is not the most private since it’s in between two toilets. Lift didn’t work to the hostel’s floor so had to walk up or down stairs.

Nice hostel, not too far from the main attractions of the city. We arrived quite late due to a delayed flight and the host attended to us and let us stay in his own apartment due to one of the beds not being free (guest overstayed) and the next day we had a whole room to ourselves with separate beds. Nice kitchen to meet and talk to other people. The balcony was also great.

The aircon didn’t work very well and in the middle of the heatwave we had some sleepless nights. It said breakfast was included but we didn’t see any. In the check in message it said to message if we had any questions, but they didn’t reply to any of our messages.

The owner greeted us at the door and was welcoming and friendly. They sent thorough check in details prior to our arrival.

My friend and me stayed here for 3 nights, to start with the owner did not reply to our messages requesting to drop of our luggage earlier, when we arrived the place didn’t look exactly like the pictures and the host was a male that is very friendly with everyone but especially females. In the beginning it made us a little uncomfortable but afterwards he backed off a little. The main reason why you should be careful is that we discovered bed bugs and my friend was completely covered in little bites that itch like crazy.

The hostel is next to a bus stop which made it easier to get into the city and about a 10 minute walk from the metro which made it easier to get around as well. You can make use of the kitchen which is fully equipped and you can leave your things in the fridge if you want.

There were stains and hair on the sheets and towels, the air conditioner was almost out of service, and the shower room was not comfortable and impractical (no place to leave your toiletries, fresh clothes, etc). Also, the host lives in the room he rents out - his stuff lies everywhere

overall, the whole place is nice and clean, but sadly I got serious allergic reaction to the blanket, my skin still itchy these days :(

For cheap travels, explorers, this is the best choice! Very friendly people, the hospitality is great. I really enjoyed being here, it gave me unforgetable memories. Safe and cozy.

The people who worked there were very bad and spoke to me in a racist and loud voice and did not receive me. I do not advise anyone to come to this bad place. The money was deducted and I did not sleep with them. It was very, very bad.

I didn't stay here, after waiting 2 hours outside (ringing the bell and calling the number) only to be let in by another man staying there and then to be told I couldn't be inside and ushered back outside by another man....everyone was confused, had no idea I had booked or had a bed. I felt uncomfortable and tired so I left. To be fair it looked clean from the 5 minutes I actually made it inside. Company sent me a message hoping I had a good stay upon check out even though I never checked in and sent a refund request. Seem super disorganised.

I announced my late arrival after midnight early enough so the staff would be prepared accordingly. Additionally I called them the morning before to make sure they would remember. Yet when I arrived, nobody was there to open. I storm called the WhatsApp number and got blocked! So I was lucky that there was a hotel nearby I could sleep at. The next day I checked in my bunk bed, laid 30 min on the bed and got bitten already 6 times by bed bugs. This hostel could not find me another free bed, so I left. I am still waiting for my full refund. It was hell and would never recommend this place!

Very god location, bus stop just at the door, supermarkets and coffee shops nearby, Lockers are quite big with their own keys! I felt a home atmosphere straight after my arrival 🥰 the welcoming and kindness of the owner was adorable, he was very supportive and helpful with my queries about the city!

we booked this hostel in september. we arrived at night and were told that there were no more beds available, even though we had already paid for them. he said that he couldn't do anything about it and that booking.com was to blame. meanwhile, we still haven't received any response from either of them. we would like our money back. at 10 p.m., two girls of 22 years old were standing in the middle of athens without a place to sleep. irresponsible.
