The kindness and availability of the hosts was a real bonus. They were thoughtful and attentive. Always ready to help, they took care of our bookings for the activities we were interested in. It's the ideal place to discover Santorini.

The place is perfectly located, near to the beach and all restorants. The staf was very polite and friendly. We even received gifts for easter which surprice us. The room was very clean and quiet. Stelios place is the right place to stay on your vacation.

Such lovely hosts and the receptionist was very helpful, excellent English, and they could not do enough to make us feel welcome. Our room was as described with a lovely balcony view of the sea as well as the awesome mountain behind. We were lucky to arrive on Easter weekend so were treated to a great view of fireworks at the main church and the little church half way up the mountain - I do not know how they managed to build something up there but it was such a lovely thing to look at! The room was kept super clean by ever efficient cleaners and the whole place was spotless including the pool which we didn't try as the weather was a bit cold when we went. I would highly recommend this property as it's about 30 secs from the beach and all the bars/restaurants but felt very private and secure. Thank you Stelios Place for the delicious Easter treats and going away present - it's the little things that can really add to your stay and make it memorable.

We loved everything! We didn't like having to leave!!!

My sister & I had such a great time staying at ♥Stelios Place♥!!! Our rooms were beautiful, cozy & amazingly clean! The pool & grounds were beautifully maintained & the atmosphere was just delightful! Miss Katerina was SO HELPFUL with everything!!! She booked us a boat trip (glorious!), fixed a lost app on my phone (!), recommended the best place on the beach for dinner (Fratzeskos), contacted the hostess of our accommodation in Fira (where we were staying following our time at Perissa) regarding the key, & she even sent us a confirmation regarding our transfer to the airport, even though we were staying at another accommodation in Fira! She helped us in so many other ways...such an AMAZING hostess & so, so sweet! ♥THANK♥YOU♥ Katerina, for all of your wonderful help & delightful hospitality!!! Stelios Place is in the perfect location...just a few minutes walk to the beach & the mini-market, shops, restaurants & bakery are all close by! LOVED OUR STAY!!! THANK YOU!!! ♥♥♥

Compact but well laid out with a private feel. Katerina allowed us to use beach towels, luggage store and showers after checking out 11.00am on final day....that helped a lot as we had a 11:50pm flight .

Just to be fussy (as we adapt to what we have) that there was no microwave in the communal kitchen but you could use an electric hob to heat food up.

Excellent location, 30 meters from the beach and also very close to the town centre (bakery, shops, restaurants, bus stop to Fira), Katerina organised our airport pick as we arrived very late in the evening and a lovely man welcomed us, gave us a bottle of water (as too late and shops were closed) and let us in our room. We got lots of useful information and a map of Santorini the next morning. Our room was a decent size with a balcony overlooking the impressive Ancient Thera mountain, sea side view, a brand new bathroom, a kettle and coffee and tea, you are also provided with pool/beach towels and toiletries. The facilities after check out are fantastic, two shower rooms and a locker room. There is also a small kitchen with cutlery and other kitchen utensils. The pool area is lovely with enough sunbeds and parasols. All in all a great stay at Stelios place.

Probably my favourite place to stay in the whole 10 months I've been travelling. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, location is great for a solo traveller, at the end of the beach area so not too busy. The room was fantastic everything you need and after check out you can use the pool, showers, luggage storage etc. Amazing stay highly recommend

Cute place close to the beach. (You can hear the waves at night.). But not so close you heard the hustle and bustle of beach life at night. Very friendly staff/family.

Everything wqs just amazinz , location is just amazing next to the beach, they have a pool where you can relax, all shops, rent a car, bars and restaurants are near . It is cca 20 min ride to Fira with quad ,but that was better as this place is more quiet and not so many tourista. I reccomend to rent a Atv or Car in Santorini, it s easy to move around .

I might not be able to book again if the hotel keeps getting great reviews.

I cannot say enough good things about this family run, small hotel about 50 yards from the beach. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The pool is big enough but never crowded, hardly used to be honest. Check in was silky smooth, check at was 11am with a flight at 7pm. We were provided our own locker, and the hotel had showers and changing areas. We remained guests at the hotel until our departure.

Staffs are really nice. Our room was cleaned everyday. Close proximity to the beach. Perissa beach is just a few meters away offering a wide array of restaurants wether you're looking for what to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It's quiet and relaxing. From our room we also have a view of the mountains. Everything is just perfect👍. Would recommend.

The fact that we had to leave this piece of heaven :))

Stelios Place was a wonderful choice for our family vacation in Santorini. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean. The staff is constantly scrubbing every part of the property. The rooms had relaxing outdoor spaces with patio furniture and hammocks. Every room had a drying rack outside for wet towels and swimwear. Having a pool right outside our door and being just 30 m away from the beach gave us plenty of options for swimming and sunbathing, regardless of the weather. Since I mentioned the location so close to the beach, it is important to mention that Stelios is right on the Black Sand Beach of Perissa, with a ton of restaurants, markets, and souvenir shops right around the corner. The staff at Stelios was absolutely wonderful! Stelios is a family-owned business and you get all the attention and help for both your stay in Perissa, as well as exploring the entire island, helping with transfers, driving around, and much more. We had a wonderful time here and, if we ever go back to Santorini, Stelios will definitely be our choice for lodging, hands down! Thank you, Katerina and family, for making sure we have a perfect vacation!

Literally a minutes walk from the beach, fantastic location with local shops just 5 mins walk away. The staff were very informative, provided information on activities around the island and offered to book for us. The area was very quiet, and we were able to check in early as our room was ready.

Honestly everything was perfect, if you go with car you need to leave it outside and go one block walking but this is not even bad, there is always a lot of space

The personal of the hotel was great, the owner was super kind, gave to us the best recommendations and a small present of Santorini the last day, the pool is amazing, the balcony of the place and the location was great if you want to relax but at the same time be close to the beach
