We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I am beyond happy with the service received at Stella Island! Me & my fiancé came to view our wedding venue and were treated extremely well by all of the staff! Christof the manager made sure we were looked after & Stella and Evmorfia made sure our wedding is planned to every little detail making us feel very reassured! Then all the reception staff, waiters and waitresses (Harris & Joanna and others) and the concierge guys were just amazing! Not to mention the standard of hotel, food & cocktails! Kelly was also amazing at organising the shows every evening!

All inclusive is amazing. Drink on arrival with the kindest staff ever who even drive you to your room. The live music and the gym classes were great - the food was tasty and there were plenty of vegan options. We visited for our honeymoon and they provided us with a heart shape cake and champagne on arrival with a really sweet note. Just the look of the place was so beautiful, I really wish we could have stayed longer!

IsraelEverything was really great! The only thing that wasn’t perfect is the WI-FI that didn’t work everywhere all the time.
Everything was amazing! We came for our honeymoon and it was just perfect! The staff is very kind and welcoming, the food is incredible in the restaurants and also in the buffet, the resort is very clean and beautiful. We’re definitely going to come back! Highly recommended!!

Property is beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. All the facilities were easy to find and easily accessible with a call for a golf cart lift. Staff members were friendly and able to communicate in English. The food was great!

United KingdomThe housekeeping could have been better - we were there for 6 days and no additional toilet roll was given, until I requested it, even though we had the room cleaned. Also the cups for tea and coffee were not replaced until day 9 of our stay, again only after I queried this twice. We had 10 trips to the 5 onsite a la carte restaurants, and the first time we went to each, they were amazing, however the second time we went to two of them, on two separate occasions my main course arrived as we were still having our starters. So it was either leave the starter or let the main course get cold.
The staff were friendly. The food was delicious and the drinks flowed well. We would still most definitely revisit, but there are a couple of ways the hotel can improve.

United KingdomThe surrounding area doesn’t have much to offer. You’re there for the resort, that’s the main attraction, if not the only attraction. But it’s more than enough to keep you entertained. You don’t need to leave the resort if you don’t want to.
Stunning! Best hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff were exceptional! Highly recommend for a romantic stay away or a girls trip! Out of this world!

United KingdomNot didn’t like but general feedback. The fact that the beds are also possible for twin set up, we found these quite uncomfortable with the seem in the middle where they are pushed together. Outside our room 431 the room cleaning started very early and exceptionally noisy (rooms are definitely not sound proofed from the front) they unfortunately appeared to park their carts / leave the towels outside our room and kept coming back there, this started at around 8:30 which was frustrating to lie in. Also near our room on the walk way to the pool, there was a table where used food and drink would be left after clearing the rooms, this always had something on it morning day or night and unfortunately had a lot of ant attention around the table. Which as the day went on was just lots of dead ants where people had walked over them. The bikes would be nice to include within the all inclusive. For a couple to borrow the bikes it’s €60 euro to start which to me is very expensive. Perhaps that could be a deposit and can be refunded or have the option of non electric bikes.
A very relaxing resort. Absolutely stunning. The most attentive staff I have ever experienced from a hotel. Never an empty glass. The food was perfection! A great all inclusive location with delicious drinks and phenomenal food.
