The place had several huge pools so the pool area wasn’t that busy. There was plenty of things to do in the hotel it was like a town of it’s own, we had no need to go out because it provided everything from restaurants to supermarkets and even cute bars. I felt like they put the thought in the smallest things in the rooms to make it super comfortable, like a place to dry beach towels and swimsuits, bottles of water everyday, parasols and more. Staff was really nice and helpful with everything we needed. Every morning there was a guy coming to our room to offer us a cup of coffee really liked that.

The Staff was warm and welcoming all over the property! They made my family and I believe they were just as happy we were to be there! There was never a bad meal and a variety of options to choose from. They ensured everyone was fed, even if a family came in a little after closing and that family received the same top notch service every other family did. The way the team cleaned non stop and nothing being out of place was extremely impressive and reassuring. They took everyone's health seriously and also pride in the property itself. I could go on and on, but this is by far the best resort my family has stay in, Ever! We will revisit in the future!

Nothing I didn’t like! I do think every room should have a Nespresso machine as they have them in the Palace next door! Also the pillows were far too soft but these are niggles rather than things I didn’t like.

Amazing food and drinks! staff the friendliest I’ve ever met, rooms clean and beds comfortable. Super chilled and calm and we totally relaxed.

Some of the staff shouldn't be working with hotel guests All inclusive beer glass size should be larger, otherwise you are spending more time in a queue for drink, than actually drinking it.

Is the second time i have been in this place for a 1 month. before 1 month i came at the first time and it was one of my best experience ever in hotel. i usally dont love to talk much about hotels but this wone deserve it. the reception was very good comuunication, the food was very delicous and made in front of us! the facilities is good also and there is things to do all day long, i just want to say a big thanks to alexandera from the reception, dr zulu and tatiana from the animation team, aris and lovely isabella from the bar. im sure i will be here again and again!

We got a really good room which was extra spacious. Food was great, bars excellent, staff very courteous and helpful. We went towards the end of September so not so many kids around which made it extremely pleasant. Recommend to spend at least one evening at one of the smaller bars with a shisha and drinks, good music and surrounded by the beautifully lit swimming pool.

Everything! It was our second visit and we loved it every bit as much as the first time. The food is great, the room we stayed in was very spacious and clean, the pool and bars were great. The daily kids and family entertainment was something we all looked forward to. The kids club was brilliant. One of the days we took a day trip and the hotel arranged for a packed lunch which was delicious. Have to also highlight that all the Covid-related controls were also great and made us feel comfortable and safe.

The room was a little dated with damaged walls and taps that got so hot it was a danger to children. The pools were freezing but understandable as too big to heat. Mockail menu could have been more adult based, not just for kids.

The staff were amazing. Food was delicious and the pool areas and play areas were fantastic. The staff were helping keep people safe by ensuring masks and gloves were used in the buffet and all staff had masks on at all times. The asain restaurant was magnificent.

The beach was not very inviting.

It was a very convenient hotel for family with baby. We have a 8 months old baby and our room was really comfortable and big. It was next to the pool and it was so easy for us. We have been upgraded to a family room free of charge. The staff were really friendly and the hotel was clean.
