The balcony was hard to access. I wish there was a way to open it up more. We needed to dry our clothes outside and had to sneak.

Loved the washer and dryer on the premises. Loved the furniture everything was clean and provided.

The operating instructions of the appliance should be clearly displayed around the appliances. Or can provide a bar code scanning options for the use instructions for the installed appliances.

it was good to get away from the very touristy areas. The market on the Saturday morning was a bonus & the bakery just near the entrance. Need to explain to visitors not to get put off by the entrance / iron bars. Inside it is great. The area is a bit edgy but interesting because of that and there are some good local restaurants.

The outside of the property looked like a car park - you could easily miss it from the street and taxi’s didn’t always know where to pick you up from

The personal was very welcoming. The outside of the apartment does not look like the right place, but when you enter your room it is really nice and you will get surprised. Nice rooftop with a nice view of the city.

It sits on a hill so if you want to eat at the local restaurants (fabulous), you may have a climb.

The place was bright and clean; it was pretty spacious and met our needs! Also, we loved that we could do our laundry! It was only a $5-$7 Uber ride to the happening area of Athens, Plaka, the Acropolis, etc. and Costa was an excellent host!

The apartment was very new and very clean. Had all the appliances you could possibly need (washing machine, dishwasher, micro, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker). Fully air-conditioned. Very light, with multiple windows in each room and roller doors over each of the windows so you can easily control how much of light you let in. Beside a cosy little balcony there's a beauuutiful terrace perfect for sunset spotting or suntanning on the top of the building. Despite being located in a controversial district of Exarcheia, not once during my 10 day stay have I felt in any way unsafe. A cute surprise was a farmers market taking place every Saturday in the street just in front of the building.

The location was extremely hip and there were lots of locals around, definitely not a typical "tourist Disneyland" kind of vibe. Tons of great food, good drinks, and fabulous music...We loved it!

The place was very nice, a spacious apartment with everything you needed. The hosts were very helpful and responsive, quickly replying to all the questions we had. Our favorite part was the balcony, which was above the local neighborhood, a great place to enjoy the morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. We even got the chance to see the local maket unfolding under the balcony on a Saturday evening. Not to mention there were tons of local places to eat and drink.

Wifi was a bit low so working from there could be challenging.

Some late night chatter on the stairs next to the property, sometimes late into the night. The apartment is a bit far from the city center and on a hilltop.

Very close to the city center and all other attractions. Easy to find a parking place nearby. Very clean, modern and comfortable apartment and it exactly the same as described in the booking offer. There is a beautiful terrace on the rooftop with the amazing view. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The one shared duvet. I understand it might be common in Greece, however, it was hard to sleep under one duvet. Well, the location is not perfect and some people might interrupt the evening chill, however, it wasn't that big issue. Be ready that the streets doesn't look pleasant, neither in the city center.

We liked all the facilities we could use - especially washing machine. The rooftop terrace was amazing and the balcony as well. I have to thanks for the comfortable bed and pillow. It was heaven. It's close to Strefi hill so you can watch the sunset or sunrise there.

When I received the confirmation, the picture showing the flat (kitchen, living room) was an entirely different one. I wouldn't have made the booking if I had understood there was no balcony and the fact that it was a flat on the basement. Other than that, everything was just great!

The location is located on a very steep hill, but on the roof you can find a beautiful panorama of the city.
