Extra cold/humidity

The room was very dirty. The bedsheets were not washed, we found hair on the pillows and under the sheets. The bathroom smelled bad, we could smell it from the 'bed' and it definitely had not been cleaned properly and neither had the whole house. We also found shampoo and shower gel as well as opened and probably used sponges in the shower. The door had a big gap underneath which made us feel extremely unsafe, considering the fact that it's a semi-basement (not mentioned anywhere btw) which meant we could see people's feet on the pavement outside the windows. There were spiderwebs on the lights and the furniture in the kitchen was moldy and destroyed at the bottom. The phone reception was bad most of the time, and also the TV was useless. Overall it was too expensive for what it offered.

The only thing we appreciated was the location.

The bed was very uncomfortable. There was no WiFi. Smell of sewage from the toilet even before I managed to use it once.

I really liked the location of the flat. Place was fairly clean.

no air, too close,not for tall people.I did not get the instruction immediately when i pay, I had to call (I had only WhatsApp so it was difficult to connect )

It didn’t have a hair dryer and proper hand wash and utensils. It felt dirty so I mopped the floor on my own. I also think towels and sheets weren’t washed properly. I called the agency to complain, someone came to prove me wrong by telling me it was probably “the pillows that smelled like used because they don’t wash those”. The bathroom smells bad and the solution I was given was to stay with the door and windows open to let the smell out. Despite wanting my privacy (like staying in a house and not in the street), I did it for two hours. Nothing changed.

There was very noisy on the street, and the pub, at all night long, there was no toilet paper , and there was all day very bad smell,ther was no blanket, and the matress was dirty and sleezy.

This is a semi-basement room, which wasn't clearly stated at the website. During our entire stay, we had a car illegally parked (on the pavement) right outside the door of the room, which made it very difficult for us to access it every time we wanted to go out or come in. The room is poorly ventilated and smells awfully (humidity and mold). By the moment you enter, this smell becomes intolerable, and because of this humidity our towels could dry and the floor was dangerously slippery all the time (even before we even take a shower). Also the room doesn't provide anything, it doesn't have a WiFi, the tv is practically useless and the air-condition we didn't use it at all because it looked so old and dirty that we didn't want to breathe any air coming out of it. In my opinion this room doesn't deserve it's money (even if it's cheap) and the owners should take this critic seriously because if i we knew what this room looks like before our stay, we wouldn't have booked it even if they paid us to do so.

The only positive this room has to offer, is it's location.

Fully equipped studio with all the necessary supplies. It is small and very functional. The kitchen is very well organized to prepare whatever you want. It has an oven, kitchen hobs, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and other kitchen utensils (baking trays, pots, spoons, plates, glasses, cutlery), and even spices. The bathroom is renovated and comfortable. It has a spacious and comfortable sofa bed, with very fluffy pillows. Neat and clean accommodation, clean linens, bedsheets, and towels. The airport bus stops at a very short distance and the transport to many destinations is very close. It is located in a privileged location, close to the center and important points of interest but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Even on foot, you can reach many destinations or take a nice walk on the sea to admire the sunset on the beach of Thessaloniki. Very close to the studio there are supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, fast Food, Commercial Stores. Immediate and informative contact with the hosts. Excellent value for money. Recommended for quiet short days vacation for a couple or individual visitor but also for a business trip. Good choice for a budget traveler and especially remarkable in its category. I would choose it again on my future trip.
