Facilities were basic. Safety concerns with electric plugs near sink and shower. Very basic electric stove. No iron. Very hard beds.

The kettle doesn’t work, and small old kitchen area. The bathroom and toilet is together and there wasn’t even some cover to separate the shower, so every time after someone shower, the whole bathroom is wet, and make us feel very uncomfortable.

The location is very close to the bus stop within few minutes walking and also close to the beach. The price is acceptable and there’s an AC in room which was a big plus because the weather in Santorini is quite hot

Despite being very nice and friendly, the receptionist doesn't speak English - had to communicate with her using the translator. The air conditioning wasn't working that well (it wasn't cooling). The shower has no separation from the rest of the bathroom, so taking a shower may wet the entire bathroom floor.

The location is excellent - 5 minutes from Perissa beach, supermarket, bus stop (with buses connecting Perissa to Fira and other places), tour agencies, etc. The room was clean and had a kitchen with some pans and general cutlery, which is good if someone is thinking of cooking in the hotel.

We stayed for one night and I would not recommend to stay for a long period. There’s no sound proof- we heard our neighbours all the time and also the bathroom needs renovation plus the water from the tape is really salty!!! - impossible to brush teeth. At night because of the wind we woke up very frequently cause the outside terrace doors couldn’t be closed so they made much noise

The host is a very pleasant woman, location is in the centre of Perissa just near the beach. Room was pretty clean, we had a huge terrace all for ourselves! Air conditioning is working well

the shower did not have any curtain so while bathroom got wet while showering and the bathroom light also wasn’t working. outside noise heard easily from other rooms.

the hostess was very welcoming and warm. the place is very clean and spacious and has a kitchen and balcony as well as main room and bathroom. 2 minute walk away from the beach and perissa bus station.

Buy some hair-dryer, one for room at least. Repair the electrical web: during the shower it creates sometimes little electric unpleasant shocks. During windy days, please unmount the umbrellas on the roof or fix them: they make a lot of noise. On my first night there, was quite impossible to sleep!

The welcome was not very friendly, the receptionist was on the phone while she gave us the key and checked the documents. It didn't sound like she spoke Greek. The room is not very comfortably furnished, the furnishings are very old, the mattresses were very uncomfortable and must have come from the last century. You could feel the metal springs. The bathroom and kitchen weren't very clean, and you hardly wanted to use the dishes. Wifi was very weak or didn't work at all. Air conditioning was also old and very noisy. Room service opened the shutters in our absence, so that the room was totally heated by the sun. The doors are very noisy and there is no soundproofing, so you wake up at night if your neighbors comes in late or leaves the house early.

Very spacious studio. Beautiful view of the church and chapel on the mountain slope. Daily room cleaning. Appropriate for a short stay after arrival or before departure at the airport (taxi €35).

According to me they should provide an hair dryer for each apartment. They should renovate the shower head and modify the electrical scheme cause, taking the shower, happens that you feel a little electric shock (of course not dangerous).

Doors and windows are really noisy and they don't protect against any of the outside sounds (2 terrible nights when the wind blew like crazy). Appliances are realy old and rusty (it's an unpleasent contrast with the clean white walls and the nicely painted doors and windows).

Good location (taken into consideration that we chose to stay on budget rather than spending extra for staying in Oia/Fira). The lady from the front desk, even if it has really poor English knowledge, was really kind. Bedsheets and towels changed every 2 days (as far as I noticed) and room cleanup performed daily (quite impressed with this). The property has a very nice looking traditional greek style, inside and outside. A lot of parking space. Communication with property staff (via booking.com messages) really good.

It was difficult to speak with receptionist, because she didn't speak English. Our bed linen was yellow stained. Once I got a towel with a quite big hole in it. I think the bed linen and towels should be changed, because they are too old. We didn't find a frying pan in our kitchen and the kitchen was the main reason to stay in this hotel :-(. The conditioner wasn't working properly. It was windy during our stay and it was difficult to sleep at night, because doors and windows were moving and squeaking. There are some problems with running water as well.

I liked the location. Our room was quite spacious, we liked our balcony with a mountain view.

This place was great for the price. Everything I needed really. Staff was incredibly friendly. 2 mins from beach. Nice balcony to sit on. Can't complain. Hurrah for everything!
