Clean with polite staff and amazing sea view!! Overall value for money!!

The view from the property, i believe, was the best view you could have in elafonisos. Our room was very clean and we had room service everyday with clean towels. Free parking. The owner was very kind and polite and she was always offering coffee and something to eat. Great experience overall. I recommend it 100%.

The owner was very welcoming and accommodating. She really cares about her guests, made sure we had breakfast everyday with the best quality of local and homemade products. This is Greek hospitality at its best. The studios are in the highest place of the island town with wonderful view of the sea and private balconies. They are 10min walking distance on foot from the town.

The island is very beautiful, natural and charming. There is an amazing view from the property over the bay of Elafonisos town. There are many restaurants with very good food in the near town. At the same time it's quet and calm. Our host was extremely polite. She offered us all the time food, coffee and juice, even it wasn't included in our reservation.

The place is 10min walk from the center, which is ideal because you have quiet and amazing views of the island. We absoluteley loved staying here! The owner is the best, she even Made us breakfast every morning and for free. She welcomed us with local sweets and was always available. The place is so nice and clean and taken care of. We didn’t want to leave.

Mind-blowing view over the island. Impeccable condition of the property and everything was clean. Both the inside and outside garden is being cared for in great detail. Main village can still be reached on foot. The staff was extremely friendly. We even were offered a small breakfast even though officially there isn’t breakfast included.

Truly a delightful and hospitable stay! I had everything I needed, plus unreal views as a cherry on top. Elafonissos is a small island, so a drive to the beaches from the property never took more than 10ish minutes despite being located on a hilltop.

We loved our stay at Studios Maniati- it’s in a great location above the town with great views over to the mainland and for the Peloponnese sunsets. The apartment was spotless, the bed really comfortable - which is a massive win for me. There was nothing to dislike about the property. Clean, friendly staff, friendly and informative owners.

The property is situated on a hilltop with a fantastic view of the main town of Elafonissos. You have a very quick access to all the top beaches of the island. The property has an excellent surrounding area where you can sit and admire the beautiful view of the sea, sunrise and sunset. It is highly recommended. Value for money! The owners are very friendly and look after all your needs.

everything!!! room was super clean!! bathroom was enormous and also super clean! position was perfect and the view spectacular! about Alexandra nothing more than Amazing!! super available and the husband was ready for every problem to be fixed (if u need something) she gave us every day something home made to eat and as well to drink!!! she is the perfect host !!

Occasional smell from the sewer pipe in the bathroom, we covered it with a towel and it resolved the issue.

Beautiful little gem very close to Simos and Panagia Beaches, a few minutes drive to each. A short walk to the port, shops, restaurants, etc. Comfortable and very clean rooms, each with a balcony overlooking the island and crystal blue sea. Alexandra was a fantastic hostess and extremely accomodating to our needs. Looking forward to visiting again for a much longer stay.
