We loved everything: the pool, the bed, the bathroom, everything is clean and comfortable. The room was cleaned everyday, the staff is very nice and welcoming. The hotel is quite small so it’s very private.

It was lovely place, great staff. Rooms would be clean every morning. Comfy beds. Great pool with salt water was awesome. Kids friendly. Central location to surrounding beaches, few minutes by car. Great view.

If you are a sensitive sleeper, it is not the ideal location, because it is located on the main road, and the street noise is quite strong at night.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and modern. We only stayed one night, we couldn't enjoy the facilities too much. Spacious and clean bathrooms, equipped with hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo. The living room is large, with 2 sofa beds. Large bedrooms, each with a large bed. The terrace has a beautiful view of the sea.

Basic stuff could be provided. Microwave, salt, frying pan, etc. Cutlery was basic to say the most. Since we were a family staying with small children we had to order food every day but the staff provided takeaway flyers in advance so we made use of them.

Clean room, exceptional view. Not close to the beach but children really enjoyed the swimming pool. Great place to have coffee in the yard every morning, sunbeds and tables with umbrellas were fantastic

Stuff wasn’t very present at the location and using a phone to call them isn’t the best option, because of the lack of signal or maybe they don’t know English very well, we couldn’t tell which one was it. Every time we used the sink in the bathroom, the drain discharged water on the floor. Our neighbors next door had 2 kids that were yelling in the balcony at 8AM. Maybe some quiet hours should be implemented and respected. AC was right above our heads and we could not sleep with it on so we had our balcony door open. We knew that location was aprox 25 minutes away from Parga old town but we did not know that we’ll have to walk on the street for a while, the sidewalk ends at some point and can be dangerous at night.

My only very small complaint was the electric shutter wasn’t working in one of our bedrooms which meant we didn’t have anything to block out the light coming in in the morning time.

Very modern and clean!! Everything is brand new! So spacious and the pool is just beautiful, perfect temperature and very quiet! We had the pool to ourselves every day during our stay in August! The view from our balcony was just breathtaking!! Also Maria one of the staff was so lovely, so pleasant and helpful.

Not a major issue, but one of bathrooms is fitted out for a washing machine and it would be perfect for it to have a washing machine installed for families needing this facility. Otherwise, wishing them plenty of guests!!

The whole complex is newly built and has a very modern and minimalistic clean decor. The suite was exactly as depicted in the photos and enjoyed the view and the amenities. The smart Tv and the easy close cabinets in all the furniture are very nice touches regarding the function of the suite. Absolutely comfortable mattress and pillows with having to choose between a fluffy one and a more firm for each person. Very nice lighting touches regarding the lighting sources in the suite. Lastly the manager was absolutely full of positive energy and very attentive regarding our accommodation.

The bedrooms on the top floor apartment are facing the nearby roadway which can be noisy at night. Although the windows and blinds are doing a great job in sound proofing, at times you can still hear the cars and especially motorcycles in the middle of the night. Even so, this was not particularly annoying for us and we are _very_ light sleepers. The other apartments, however, might not have this problem. Also, the only thing that we missed was an option to do the laundry. There certainly is no place in the apartment for a washing machine, but perhaps a laundry room can be considered for long term guests, that would be very appreciated. But this is just nitpicking, really. Even with the above observations, we enjoyed every minute of our stay and would love to return one day.

This place is a perfect 10. It is brand new, with only 4 apartments in the entire building, has a semi-private pool in perfect condition (shared by 3 of the 4 apartments), the best accommodation one could ask for. The living room of the 2 bedroom apartment has a spectacular view of Parga bay and a generous terrace to spend relaxing mornings and evenings. The apartment is furnished with impeccable taste and it is spotless clean and in pristine condition. There are free tea and coffee tabs (replenished daily), quality toiletries, slippers, bathrobes and pool towels. There is only one beach within walking distance (Lichnos, about 25 minutes away), but you can quickly get to a few others by car. Also a couple of great options for lunch and dinner nearby and Parga is only minutes away.

The apartment was brand new and totally clean. We were a four people company and the space was more than expected. Amazing view and had any kind of facilities. Swimming in the pool and parallely watching the mountains was a marvellous experience. And also Eftihia was really kind and helpful. We totally recommend it-it’s a “must-stay” in Parga!

The hosts were very rude. When we arrived, we had to wait 2 hours for them to arrive at the reception. We have tried to contact them via mobile phone, but that was to possible, because nobody was picking up. They were rude when we arrive, the property was a bit dirty and not comfortable, also too far away from the center of Parga. Do not recommend.

upon arriving the room wasn’t properly cleaned. there was hair on the floor as well as on the bathroom counter where someone had obviously shaved. also, on our 2nd day the cleaning lady had taken the shower toiletries, didnt replenish them and also took one of our own shower gels. when i asked about it, she mentioned she didn’t take anything. it probably was a mistake, still not a great experience. finally, the room description mentions there are slippers available, when i also asked about that the cleaning lady said no we don’t have those.
