This is a wonderful property, newly built with exceptional standards and attention to details. The decor of our villa was second to none. The facilities perfect. And our housekeeper, Michaela was amazing. She could have been more lovely and helpful with any of our requests! The WiFi was excellent, unlike previous reviews we had absolutely no problems whatsoever. We will be booking again!

The property is modern, clean with an amazing view, and also with such good people taking care of it an its guests. We enjoyed out staying there and was just perfect for me and my friends. The location is perfect, you won’t hear any car noises or anything that could bother your pool side drink after a long day at the beach but still.. it’s 15 min away off the biggest city on the island, Argostoli.

I liked the attention to the detail, the comfort of the house, the superb location and the little pool at the front. Dora meet us and even brought presents at our check out. Good value for money. I will recommend 100% this place to friends and family.

Everything was great, no complaints

Perfect Villa for our group, the hosts couldn’t be any more accommodating if they tried. We arrived to a welcome hamper & Dora showed us round. The Villa was exceptionally clean & cleaner came every day. The hosts were responsive & although the location is rural, taxis were easy to get & so was hiring a car. Absolute serene location & we will definitely be back!

Everything perfect, but be prepared that you need a car. There is no shop/restaurant nearby, and it is quite a bit of a drive to Argostoli/beaches.

Best villa during our stay! Everything new, great beds and bathroom. After some days, it felt like coming home and even the bad weather was no problem as the villa is so nice to stay in. Dora and the cleaning lady were very friendly, thank you again for the goodbye present. I loved that the villa was cleaned everyday and that there were free coffee capsules and other things for breakfast during our stay. The best of course is the pool and outdoor area :-) Hope we can come back in the future.

The house looks exactly as in the pictures and the hosts were extremely nice. We recieved coffee, tea and cereals every morning, a box of milk and some cheese and ham for sandwiches, bread and a lot of snacks. Practically, you have breakfast for free every day. Extremely beautiful, quiet and clean.

Nothing! Every single thing was wonderful!

We loved everything about the property, the rooms were the perfect size, the beds were super comfortable, the showers had great water pressure and were spacious. The pool was beautiful and the outdoor space was great! We went for my husbands 40th birthday, they went above and beyond with a welcome bottle of wine, a cake for his birthday with candles, breakfast food, waters. They thought of every detail to make the trip great! The owners were extremely friendly, the woman that cleaned the house was so sweet and did a great job! They even included toys for my 3 year old to play with! Best place we have ever stayed in Greece all the 20 plus years we have been traveling there. A true 10/10!

Absolutely breathtaking! This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at! The place is brand new and very clean. It was great having access to all brand new appliances. The location of the property is very nice as well, quiet and secluded but still close driving distance to the main town and surrounding beaches. We also loved having our very own pool which had the perfect temperature for our summer stay and the views were amazing. The hosts were very approachable and very easy to communicate with. They greeted us on arrival and showed us around the property, even gave us a welcome platter with breakfast food and a bottle of wine. We also said goodbye with the hosts and were given little gifts to take with us. Would recommend anyone to stay here as i can guarantee you will love it! We hope to stay here again next time.

We absolutely loved our stay. The villa is clean, modern, has a pool with picturesque views stretching out to sea, and has a great host who is reliable and provides useful information about how to get the most out of your holiday. Elena (the host) provided us with some food from the start, and we had a minor issue with air con which was fixed just hours after we mentioned it. In terms of location, we used a hire car to get to all of the best beaches and attractions and found the location was a great base from which to do this from. The drives have idyllic views and so we actually enjoyed them anyway. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa!

Summertime Villa is an excellent place to stay. The hosts were superb. They went above and beyond the basic - there were two cases of bottled water, milk, bread, bakerty goods and local honey waiting for us. Elena and her mother are very gracious and kind. They sent us grocery every other day. Michelle, the cleaner was really good and friendly. Overall, it is one of the best BnB experience I have had traveling the globe. The villa is brand new and spacious.

What can I say. This property was absolutely perfect. We loved our stay here. The property is easy to find if you follow instructions from Elena. Communication is brilliant via booking.com and over msg. The property has a code to access the villa so very easy. No keys getting lost. Also so easy to check in and out. The villa is perfect everything was brand new and so clean. Beds were set up already. And a very substantial welcome pack was available for us. Filled with everything from cereal to milk, sugar some bread, cheese, cold meats juice, wine, spreads and an endless supply of water. You don’t need to bring anything. Everything is supplied even cleaning stuff. There is even a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything. The villa was absolutely perfect. It’s probably the best place wev ever stayed at. Price point was good. For us personally it was pricey but out exchange rate is horrible so can’t comment too much about that. But we decided to splurge a little to have a nice stay. The location for us was also Great. It was about 15 minutes drive out of town but the road is very easy to drive on. We were very happy we stayed out of town as town can get very congested. It was our little oasis. It was the best to swim after the beach. The staff was also lovely and villa was serviced daily

Everything was great — nothing to report.

Summertime Villas is the ideal place to spend your holiday. The villa is spacious and all amenities run smoothly. You’ll find everything you need, kitchen equipment, including a large refrigerator and mosquito nets to ensure a peaceful sleep. The pool is clean and large enough and we had a lot of fun there. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed with open arms. Elena was expecting us at the villa with a welcome basket with products such as milk, cereals, jam, coffee, honey, butter, wine, etc. and she was incredibly helpful. Our vacation was fantastic, and we cannot wait to return to Summertime Villas for another beautiful holiday. We highly recommend staying here to experience the best vacation you’ve ever had.

There was nothing bad about “Summertime Villas”! Everything was literally too good!

The property was amazing! Everything was clean and everyone felt comfortable in the villa. I could really recommend this villa to anyone. It’s not far from Argostoli, you can easily have access to the town. Also, it had an amazing staff, and everyone was really nice!!

We loved everything about staying at Summer Time Villas. Our villa checked all the right boxes. It was a 10 out of 10 experience. Our hosts, Elena and Dora met us on arrival and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed the Villa itself exceeded our expectations, very modern clean and cleverly designed to comfortably accommodate our group of six. Then there was the breathtaking view and superb plunge pool. The location was excellent, but you will need a car. It is only a very short drive from Argostoli, and very convenient spot from which to explore the whole island. At the end of the day it was nothing better than coming home to our wonderful sanctuary, diving in the pool and taking in the views, I would recommend this villa to anyone who would like to experience the best of beautiful Kefalonia.

The modern new villa, with everything you need for your stay including modern kitchen appliances and things like coffee, sugar, bottled water etc. The host took good care of us accomodating our requests. This is a great place for people looking for a quiet place, while still within less than 30 min car access to the most famous beach and other places. The pool is 135 cm deep, enough to cool down for adults and our 5-year old had lots of fun there. There is a tavern next door and another more lively one in the other village 3 km away - a local nice place, not a touristy spot. Next to that restaurant there is a playground for kids. There are no groccery stores within walking distance, but within 15 min by car there are 2 big supermarkets. Don’t be afraid of church bells near the villa, they stop at 10:00 pm and start at 10:00 am :-).

the villa is so beautiful. it’s brand new and the facilities are great. the pool is amazing and has an amazing view on the ocean. you get what you see on the pictures. the villa owners are really sweet. we appreciated our stay and the little attentions.
