Mia (the cat) was very absent and walked her own paths all the time. We love cats so hoping next year she'll be more engaging 😉🤣

We liked absolutely everything. Great location, lovely spotless rooms, most comfortable beds we ever slept in, very relaxing time by the pool and overall most enjoyable experience while on holidays where we really felt like it was a home away from home. Exceeded expectations, big time. 💗 Mary (the owner) is some woman for one woman! Her energy is inspiring and uplifting, and Mary's sparkle is a bonus on top of everything. Victoria (housekeeper) is lovely too and very professional in her job. We will be regulars now, I'm sure. Can't wait to go back next season!

The fabulous host (Mary) and her team (Victoria) we’re so friendly and kind and couldn’t do enough for us. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the location brilliant. 5-10 mins walk from anywhere… fabulous, my wife and I can’t wait to go back 😀

Everything was perfect

Mary was a lovely host,nothing was to much trouble,her food was brilliant,kept coming out with nice touches ,lovely homemade jams/marmalade,biscuits,made us a wonderful fresh fruit b/fast and yogurt,she mothered us even though we were 10 years older

Mary was the best host we could ever ask for, she made us feel so welcome from the minute we arrived. The hotel is spotless! Not a spec of dirt anywhere. The pool was amazing with brand new sun loungers and tables, it felt like we were in a private villa with the beautiful garden at the back. The room was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook. The balcony was also really spacious and was excellent to sit out on at night. Mary's food was great and she was happy to accommodate us being vegetarian, we loved the breakfasts every morning and it was the best way to start our day. Mary went out of her way to make our stay feel more personal and recommended the tastiest restaurants and bars which we tried every one of and loved. Can't recommend Sun Maris enough, Mary thank you so much.

A minor issue, which did not affect our overall enjoyment, was the shower. The shower tray was small, the controls stuck out a long way and the shower was enclosed with a lightweight shower curtain. The result was, it didn't matter what you did, the shower curtain wrapped itself around you.

Mary (the owner/manager) was very warm and friendly and offered lots of help and advice so we could get the most out of our holiday. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. The bar service was excellent. The food, though simple, was excellent quality. Everything was spotlessly clean.

Perfect stay at Sun Maris! The hotel is very clean and perfectly located, close to everything in Faliraki. There is a very nice swimming pool with enough sunbeds. And Mary, the host is really fantastic! She's a very friendly and warm person and she does everything to make your stay perfect. We can definitely recommend Sun Maris.

The first thing you notice is how clean it is all over, from the snackbar, in and around the pool, all stairways up to apartment’s and inside the rooms. The owner really keeps this hotel clean and in good shape! The poolarea with the pool is very nice and is up to 2,50 deep.. with really good sunbeds and a nice garden with beautiful palm threes. The room had also a mini kitchen so you can make some food or only coffee for the morning sunrise. Good doublebed, not to hard and not to soft! Mary, the owner is very friendly and magicly make a really lovely atmosphere every day. The atmosphere makes the guests get to know each other in a very friendly way, spend time together and become friends. Mary is a hardworking lady that always is there to make the stay perfect for all her guest! She also makes snacks and food, the best Stifado in Faliraki!

Amazing stay at Sun Maris. Mary is an exceptional host and makes your stay unforgettable. She is so welcoming, friendly and generous. There is a lovely breakfast, lunch and cocktail menu - all of which Mary makes fresh. The rooms and pool are spotless. The location is also superb with a supermarket, other shops, restaurants, bars and the beach close by. You get serious value for money here!

Everything was just great. Marie the hostess is just super. Hospitality at the highest level. everything is soooo beautiful. Soundly and qualitatively, the hostess told everything and showed where you can go. She treated me to beer and wine, spoiled the children every day with delicious treats, which made them very happy.

If you want to feel and experience the real Greek hospitality in its best, then Sun Maris is place for you. The host Mary is very friendly and warm person who made our family feel most welcomed in Rhodes island. We would definitely come back to Sun Maris again!

Unfortunately, the hotel is located directly at the expressway. So if you want to enjoy your evening on the balcony, it might be noisy.

The rooms are spacious and spotless. Every day cleaning with bed linen change included (which is really not necessary). Marry is the best host you can imagine! You will love her!
