The property has recently been refurbished and modernised to a very high standard, with powerful rain showers and lashings of hot water. Spotlessly Air conditioning and well equipped studios with fabulous uninterrupted sea views. All the staff were attentive, extremely friendly and helpful especially Harris and Lefteris who would always greet us by name and with a beaming smile 😀. The location is perfect, on the sea front on the east side of town not too noisy, yet 5 mins walk into the centres off town with everything you need close by.

Nothing really. There was a bit of door banging and shouting late one night which echoed through the building but generally quiet for a central location.

Amazing room in a spectacular setting! Stunning views from the balcony. Recently refurbished to a high standard. Spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. Access from the decking straight into the Aegean sea is amazing. What really makes the stay so special is the warm welcome and friendliness of the staff team. We hope to stay again and would definitely recommend.

There's nothing to complain to be honest.

The hotel was very nice. The room was big and comfortable; the air conditioners were great and we slept very well. Our room had a balcony that even though wasn't in the front of the hotel, it also had an ocean view. And it had a clothes drying rack, so all of our towels/sun bathing clothes were dry in the next day. The hotel also gives you a beach towel. The sun beds they have are great as well. We also decided to eat in their restaurant for most of our meals, and we were very very satisfied with the food. Everything we ate was very well cooked, the sea food was perfectly done. Every one that worked there was very very welcoming, even though we only stayed for 4 days they knew our name and remembered which room we were. I will absolutely come back and stay longer.

We had an amazing stay at SunBeam. The hotel was recently renovated and is perfectly situated in a quiet area close to the main tourist spots. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a fantastic experience.

Sunbeam has the best location in Kardamenea... it has its own beach with comfortable sunbeds... rooms are spaceous, our room had an exceptional sea view. We enjoyed staying at the balcony in afternoons. It has a good bar and restaurant offering variety of snacks beer etc. The food for dinner is not exceptional but the nights with live music is fun. Btw, if you are at Kardemenea do not miss to have a dinner at Avli Restaurant it could be the best in entire Kos island.

The kitchenette does have only one electric cooking plate, so if you expect to being able to cook much, you will be disappointed. However we had everything to make ourselves some breakfast and salads from time to time. If you travel with small children you should be aware of the occasional live music that makes sleeping difficult until about 11 or 12pm.

The Apartment was very beautiful, freshly renovated and highly comfortable. The maid cleaned our rooms every day and made the beds.The service was extraordinary, everybody was so nice and friendly, at the end of our stay we felt like being part of the family. Lisa and her team were also very helpful with our baby, like providing a playing mat and some toys. The adjoined cafe/bar/restaurant provides excellent food.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish ! The guys who work behind the bar really are legendary. Had a good night in the bar down stairs drinking singing dancing Sunbathing / sea area beautiful. Location is amazing . Room was all new and modern , sexy bathroom . Thanks so much for an amazing stay ! We will be back again :)

fabulous location on the sea front, beautiful sea views and decked sun area with ample sunbeds with steps directly into the sea, beautiful refurbished rooms, plenty of bars and restaurants right on your doorstep including their own bar and restaurant serving great food. Fantastic staff, Harry, Lisa, Lefty and the rest of the team work hard to make sure you have a fantastic stay, we only stayed 4 nights but wished it was longer. will be visiting the sunbeam on our return in September and will definitely stay here again in the future.
