Bad smell from air conditioner, we had to change the room to the other one. During breakfast, half an hour before the closure, there was always a lack of dishes, cups, glasses, forks, and fruits, and you need to query all this. It looks like the hotel saves on personnel, which impacts the turnaround. The breakfast area is too hot, bad air conditioned. If you are with small kids, better not to take a balcony to the pool/bar area, it is quite noisy till the night, otherwise if you like music, you can enjoy :) Wifi is terribly bad in the buildings. In the 4th is completely out of reach. One more - the pool of this 4* hotel is shared with the other 3* hotel Filmar, which is not mentioned anywhere, excepting Filmar hotel. So, it's getting quite crowded most of the day time :(

We stayed the first night at another hotel next to Sunny days due to lack of available rooms, something that we couldn't understand as we had made the booking several months prior to arrival. We received an upgraded room though the next day. The cleaning service was not very good. The towel hanger was broken. The ac in our room was malfunctioning (started to run in the middle of the night making loud noise). Breakfast was good but not various so we preferred having breakfast at local bakeries most of the days.

Our room was facing out towards the pool and there was music playing around the bar past midnight even though nobody was at the bar.

Very friendly staff upon arrival. The pool was great and had lots of sunbeds besides the bar. Very convenient location as It was in the middle of the town. The room was very big and spacious and was equipped with the right essentials. We had a great view of the pool from the private veranda.

Breakfast was till 10. So one morning I arrived at 9:53 and a guy in the restaurant was so rude, he told me that I came late and I should eat in 7 minutes.. I complainted in the receiption and the staff imediatelly reacted to resolve the issue. They gave me late check out that I really appreciated it.

I was bothered by the noise coming from the neighborhood at night (I had sea view room), and the coffee in the morning was not great (tasted like an instant coffee).

The size of the room was great, the staff were amazing and very helpful, the location was great (close to the sea front and the shops), the dinners were very tasty!

the woman at reception the day we came was very unhelpful and rude. The hotel lobby had no aircon and my room was hot and the aircon didn’t work well.

The hotel's convenient location, with a bus stop right outside offering regular routes to Rhodes town center, made exploring effortless. The garden was amazing and snack bar serving authentic Greek traditional cuisine, were delightful additions to the experience. The common lounge and game room provided opportunities for relaxation and fun. I will definitely be back for more days this summer!

Excellent staff, beyond very kind and super helpful in everything we needed during our stay. The rooms are clean and with a nice view. The style of the hotel is more minimalist. The beautiful garden combined with the swimming pools helped to relax and to enjoy the stay very much. The breakfast was rich and there was also a restaurant, a grill and a Greek restaurant inside the hotel, whenever it covered all tastes. Very close distance to evertything and the centre.
