Tennis racquets could probably do with replacing. Reception area wasn’t signposted and tricky locate when we first arrived.

Comfy bed, great lighting, fast wifi, wonderful pool area with sun chairs, high holder for shower, wonderful and helpful host, daily breakfast, beautiful view and sunset, tennis court.

Grounds were generally un-kept. No Wi-Fi reception. No black-out curtains: for someone who is light sensitive this is quite a big issue.

Comfortably sized room, good mattress. Great veranda and view. Nice location near a fairly sized pebble beach. Friendly staff.

Medium breakfast. The water of the area is only for bath. They gave us a bottle of water. The room need some fixing but not on important things. The bed was double with 2 single beds united.

Lucy is very nice! Helped us with everything we needed. Our room had a great balcony and amazing view! The pool was great. Brakefast was servrd to the room. The hotel is located 5 minutes ftom kilada by car and 20 min from porto cheli.

The hotel has great potential, in terms of location, size and environment, but it is underutilized. The place is rated in Booking as four stars hotel, while the owners rate it as three stars. The hotel is under constructions, so many facilities indicated in booking do not exist, for example: no reception, no health center, no safe, access to the hotel beach is very inconvenient. It is important to reduce the gap between what appears in booking regarding the hotel, and the reality in order to avoid disapointments.

Lucy, who runs the hotel during the day, and Kristoff, the owner's son, were very nice and helpful. Seeing our disappointment with the room, they upgraded us to a suite with a private pool.

The breakfast was good for a woman, but definitely not enough for a man. Unfortunately the room and the bathroom are in an extreamly bad condition and dirty. The place has a great potential but some repairments are required. There were a lot of insects in the rooms and the whole group were bitten from them.

Nice view from the top houses. Very nice playground place - tennis, basketball and a kids utilities. The hosts are very kind and serving the breakfast to each room with a smile.

It was difficult to find, there is no doorbell at the gate.. The pool was empty and there is old furnuture all around the place. A lot of it was broken. We had to keep the door closed for the cats. The cats tried to eat our breakfast. The tenniscourt was dirty and there were only broken rackets and balls to play with. The bathroom is really tiny, its difficult to close the door when you're inside and the exit sign above the door in the appartment gives too much light, so it was never dark. We left a few days early because they refused to fill the pools.

I strongly suggest this resort for vacation at any given time of the year. I came for business purposes but I’m looking forward to come again for pleasure. The hospitality and the beauty of this place are unmatched. Close to the sea, surrounded by nature and trees , with pools and amazing view. The rooms are spotless clean and very stylish. Breakfast was also really tasty and fresh!!! 10/10 from me!!!
