The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Lots of little extra touches made our stay feel really luxurious, such as complimentary juice on arrival, being shown to our room, bath robes and slippers provided, and cushioned sun beds. There was also an excellent choice and variety in food, and the Italian a la Carte restaurant was such an indulgent and special evening.

I do not quite understand the set up of the hotel. The complex is big and it contains different buildings. We booked a family room (we have 2 small kids) and our family room was literally next to the animation bar, where they play loud music (last night until 23hr). With 2 small kids, you dont want this. There is also an adults only section, and their rooms are far away and quiet from this bar…? But it was them in this bar enjoyed and singing loudly. So, if you have a young family and you are planning booking, ask them for a room as far as possible from the bar.

The hotel is very new and very beautiful. The staf is really really friendly, eventho they work hard. They always have a smile on their faces. The esthetic of the hotel is beautiful. The food was good and enough variety for everyone. The pools are fun, for big and small. The bus to the beach is super well arranged. The beach and the sea is beautiful.

Need a step to get in and out of the hot tub on the balcony - offer an additional service for the golf buggies to come and collect luggage from room Place small signs around the resort a map in the room might be a good idea

Location and layout. Never felt busy as it was so well designed with loads of swimming pools and loungers. Great food choices. Great entertainment particularly the Michael Jackson show. Very friendly and helpful staff. Reception booked anything we needed for us.

More bottles of water in the room needed. No irons at the hotel, only offering a service you pay for to get your clothes ironed.

Lack of basic amenities (shower only had a huge jar for soap, no shampoo/air conditioner/moisturizer bottles), room wasn't properly cleaned when we first arrived (there were hairs in the shower), food is only ok at best.

Good value for money, modern decor, comfy rooms, great service from the staff, awesome adults only area, plenty of lounge chairs and sun beds

Food could have been abit better for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was always great though.

If I was to pull anything up it would be that the hotel felt a little understaffed which meant you had to wait a while for a drink during meal times and in the evenings. No fault of the staff as they were all working hard and so lovely! Management should really look to invest in more people and no doubt that would really help those who are working tirelessly to do their jobs well.

Can't really fault this hotel and its staff. It was beautiful from the moment you arrived! The room was spotless, beds were comfy, and had everything you needed. There was a great food selection and a good number of drinks to keep you full and happy. Lots of pools to choose from but we always stayed around the main pool that had entertainment in the mornings and afternoons which kept things fun and exciting. The entertainment team works very hard to do their jobs well for every single guest that stays -- and that they do!! We loved every evening they planned, the music and the fun and games. Shout out to Kelly for being a legend and Jerry for his soft voice and motivating words. Special mention also to Alexandros who worked at the bar and served us with such attention and care. We always knew we'd be looked after and always looked forward to being served by him. He really deserves to be promoted to Manager as he'd be a brilliant one and a real asset to the company. All in all, a fab stay that ticks all the boxes! Thanks to all the staff.

The only thing I can think of is the hotel not near the beach and you need to take the bus

Even though they have an app, sometimes the information wasn't always clear about things (e.g. which drinks were included on the all-inclusive, and which ones weren't - worth checking with bar staff - and how to book the tennis court)

We had a lovely stay - this was our first experience of an all-inclusive and we would certainly consider going again. The room was spacious, modern and clean, with very good air-con, and a balcony overlooking the pool. We stayed in the adults-only area of the resort, which is definitely recommended if you are a couple, and want to sit by one of the pools where it's a little more chilled, rather than by the main pool where the kids are. There were plenty of pools and sun loungers to choose from which was good. There was also plenty of choice on the buffet as well, with a couple of themed nights, and the food all in all was very good. We also went to one of the restaurants one night, which obviously had slightly fancier and nicer dishes. Despite only being there for three days we also used the spa facilities, tennis court, and went down to the beach where the hotel has their own loungers and bus transfer. There was also a shop on site (and a supermarket across the road) in case you've forgotten something, or need to top up on supplies. Surprisingly, we didn't encounter any mosquitoes either! (this was in June)

The Brunello Restaurant was not a la carte as advertised. Sometimes the information in the Exclusivi App appeared inaccurate, i.e. duration of events or for example, missing data, i.e. location of events.

Gorgeous modern hotel, all the facilities you could need, so many pool areas each with their own pool bar. There were family pool areas and then there were adult only pool areas too. The entertainment was fantastic both during the day by the pool and at night. Location was perfect, right in the centre of Tigaki and only a 5 minute walk to all the shops and the gorgeous beach. Huge super market right across the road too was very handy. Staff we’re all so lovely. Rooms very comfortable.

Food is basic in the general all inclusive, however the two al a carte restaurants are excellent which made up for this, where you can book once each per week. Not all drinks are all inclusive either but this didn’t affect our stay!

Very modern & clean. Rooms were spacious enough for the weeks stay. Would definitely recommend the swim up room, these were beautiful & a must in our opinion! It was excellent value for money for a weeks stay to relax!
