Because of it being low season, there seemed to be no other guests. it felt like we had the entire property to ourselves. There was plenty of room for each of us. We really enjoyed the balconies and the poofs in the yard. The beds were comfortable and there were multiple bathrooms. Nikos took great care of us. The views were amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect

Nikos, the host, was just wonderful. Available for any of our questions within a few minutes and finds a solution to any question. We had an unexpected personal problem and he helped us amazingly like a relative. The place looks exactly like the pictures - new and fifty meters from a beautiful beach. The place is clean, well equipped, and you can see that they put thought into the design.There is an excellent yard and grass and barbecue. We had a great time and recommend it to everyone!

2nd year in a row at such an amazing place, we find perfect balance between the comfort of civilization and nature. Villas are excellent and Nikos is such a great host, always there for you to help. 10/10 - no doubt!

Unfortunately near our villa there was a group of Serbs that were very loud, they shouted and yelled all night. We contacted the host and after that they calmed down but the last night before we left they were at it again. Probably the host should be much more clearer on the noise policy. Besides that the stairs are a bit hard to climb because they are quite narrow.

The host is very friendly and helpful, also the property is near the beach and there are 2 restaurant nearby which are easily accessible. The garden is big and open and you even have a grill if you wish to do that.

Villa was very clean, comfy and near great beach. We had a great time there and we wanna thank Nikos ( the host ) that helped us with everything we needed.

For our group it was really perfect (kids 0, 10, 11, 13), but there is only 1 thing - be careful with children between 1,5-5 years old - screw stair are little bit dangerous for them.

Everything - the best location you can choose, nice terrace, Nico was very helpful, close two bars with sunbeds on the beach - Sunset and Eldoris (both for consumption, beer 6-7€, Greek salad 10€). Beach nice, clean, with stones in the beginning, big waves only 2 days from 2 weeks, but you can go to Possidi town - there wasn’t waves in this time because it is in the other side.

The only downside is that all the bedrooms are on the upper floors and the stairs are a bit steep and narrow, which is a challenge for small children, but still gets used to.

The location is perfect, meters from the beach and in the immediate vicinity is Eldoris beach bar, which is one of the best I have visited in Greece. The villa is equipped with everything you need and is extremely cozy. The courtyard of the villa is the perfect place for an afternoon relaxation. Nikos is extremely hospitable and makes sure his guests have everything they need and feel good.

The place is amazing, the accommodation includes almost anything you might need for an extended stay. The host, Niko, is amazing - smiling and always ready to pick-up the phone and respond to your needs.

The villas have everything you might need on your stay and are 50 meters from the beach. There is a large, sunny, green garden outside to chill. The host, Nikos, is the rockstar of hosts - would be great if he could teach hosting courses to others. Overall, we had an amazing spring time at the sea - Greece is beautiful in the spring even if there is the occasional bit of rain.

Amazing property next to the beach, super clean and equipped. The property representative was very responding and all running smooth. We were of pick season, but the view, smell, pine trees at the back yard is all we needed.

Some tools in the kitchen area could be replaced as they are getting old. Nevertheless, if you ask something to the host, Nikos, it will be done straight away (ex: replace hairdryer or kettle). He is always available and helpful

This is the second year we stay at the Sunset Villas and i could notice 2 improvements: cleaning of the house done every 2 days by dedicated personnel, which is helpful, and the villas have been repainted.

Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Villas. The location was perfect - close to a beach which had a number of bars and sports fields. The host, Mr. Nikos was really friendly and helpful - always there when you need him. We would definitely visit again. Strongly recommend!
