Nothing - a great accommodation.

Everything. Great host who carried our bags up the stairs and even left some of the family produced wine in the fridge for us to enjoy. Lovely outside area to sit and enjoy a drink in the evening. Fabulous shower and comfy bed. Within walking distance of restaurants and also place to park off road. Would highly recommend, particularly if you have an early morning flight as within 10 minutes drive of the airport.

Very nice, calm place, good location (if You are with a car), clean, comfortable rooms and kitchen, excellent shower, welcoming and helpful owner (thanks for a good home wine, Harry). Penthouse has a beautiful terrace with far sights.

It was a really great accomodation. The views were great and the hosts aswell. They were so kind as to even let us plenty of food and drinks in the refrigirator. All and all we had a great stay at sunshine penthouse.

The apartment is in a quiet residential setting a short walk to Pastida centre.The hosts collected us by arrangement from the airport and we stayed for 9 nights. Lovely clean airy place with great view. Fridge stocked for breakfast on our arrival.. and everything you could need in Pastida every cafe/bar is so welcoming. There are supermarkets, a pharmacy bakery's despite appearing small, a real hub. We rented a car for two days which was no issue to have delivered and park. Friendly hosts to hand if needed. Clean linen provided and food top up. Would definitely come back.

The only negative and it wasn't a problem for us (even with a few glasses of vino) were the three flights of stairs up to the penthouse as they were like fire escape stairs so for someone with mobility issues they would be hard to climb.

The apartment was very comfortable and spotless , the outside area had fantastic views. The shower room was amazing. There was everything included that we needed for breakfasts and enough to make snacks aswell,with the added bonus of Grandfather's wine and Mothers homemade biscuits. The family that own the apartment live downstairs and they were lovely people, there if you needed them but left you alone to enjoy your break. The village was a 5 minutes walk away and it had everything that you could need supermarket, pharmacy, tavernas, bars and the people were very welcoming and happy to see tourists. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit to the lovely island of Rhodes.

Size, comfort and location of this place are outstanding. And so are the hosts - welcoming, kind and generous. Plenty of food and drinks are supplied. Certainly one of the most enjoyable stays in Rhodes.

Nothing to dislike

This is an exceptional property with high quality facilities in a perfect location provided by a wonderful family. We are experienced travelers to Rhodes and Pastida, we have stayed all over the Island and this is the best accommodation that we have stayed in, equipped to a very high standard, and beautifully presented with super views of Filerimos Mountain. Pastida is a real gem, with all that you need including restaurants, bars, shops and services, easy reach of beaches, and is a perfect base from which to explore the Island, we enjoy using bicycles but the local busses are good too ( Hire Cars available for longer trips ) We Look forward to returning, and Harry, your Grandfather makes lovely wine!

It is the Penthouse, so be prepared to climb stairs up to third floor. This was not a problem for us though, but if it is, it´s not the place for you.

Great place with big terrace, lovely mountain view and you could also see the sea at a distance. Easy communication with host. Close to airport. We only stayed one night but wouldn´t mind a longer stay since the apartment was really nice and well equipped with washer, barbeque etc. There were even some food and wine waiting for us in the fridge.

Stairs a little bit but not that much of an issue

Perfect location brekfast took me 15 minutes to prepare and had all you need to start you day full eggs turkey cheese honey jam butter slices corn flakes juice saussages

The penthouse is a lovely, new, fully equipped accomodation in a very peaceful area, with parking right outside. It is above the host's house and there are no other guests. It has a fantastic terrace and the shower is especially good! We were given a very nice welcome, despite the late hour and we enjoyed a caraffe of the grandfather's homemade wine. There was plenty of food and drinks for breakfast. We are only sorry that we stayed for just one night.

Absolutely amazing place! I could not recommend this enough! If your looking for somewhere to relax and take in the views of Rhodes then this is your place to be. The service is amazing. Very welcoming and accommodating. Anything you need they are always there to help you out and pop round to the penthouse. I booked this last minute feeling abit unsure but was the best decision I made. The service was fantastic, the breakfast was delicious, the whole apartment clean and tidy with everything you need. Perfect shower, aircon was amazing too and also a TV that you can watch ans play music on. This place was amazing, i didnt want to leave. I would definitely come again!. Five stars from me.

it's good that you get two keys, because otherwise it would be easy to lock yourself on the terrace, because there is no normal handle on the outside of the door, there is no closet where you could put your clothes, the apartment is on the second floor, it is reached by external metal steps. Fortunately the host helps with the luggage.

Very friendly and helpfull host, nicely decorated apartment, everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, large bathroom with washing machine and large shower, large terrace with deckchairs and sofa with nice view, everything for breakfast is in the fridge, coffee is also available, you prepare breakfast yourself.

I cannot say anything, maybe stairs are not so comfortable to carry up the bigger luggage, byt host is very helpful with that

We stayed here just for a night because of early morning departure, but it is good location e.g.for visiting Rodos town, exploring north of island. Kitchen is fully equiped, i was very surprised what host provides to guests - full fridge of eggs, ham, cheese, juice, wine, etc. Also bread, honey, jam available - not for one breakfast only. Also terrace and view is very nice, sunbeds are available. Although airport is very close - 6 min by car, I didn't hear noise from planes, probably it is good absorbed by terrain and house position.

By the time the apartment has an espresso capsule machine, it could also have a couple of capsules.

Modern and equiped apartment, very clean, nice view of the mountain, big patio, quiet in the night, very polite and friendly staff.

The inside smelled of heavy smoking (from a previous rental) and this smokey smell transferred to all our clothes and belongings. The condiments were out of date. I believe they are easy fixes.

Once we got up the 3 flights of stairs, the patio area and view were breathtakingly beautiful. It was amazing to wake up or finish your day with this view. We rented from 9/09/23-17/09/23 but spent all our days touring with friends from the same town. Location was excellent.

Hello everyone, I would like to warn everyone who will book these apartments. first, the steep stairs to your room. Second, you will park the car on a public street. Third, no one will supplement your breakfast. How much food you find on arrival on the first day will be your breakfast for the rest of your days. So, you will have to buy breakfast yourself.
