We were really looking forward to our stay, especially with the promise of reserved parking. However, when we got there, the designated spot was full, and we had to scramble to find somewhere else to park. Then, the next morning, the peacefulness was shattered by the constant ringing of the church bell, starting at 6 am and going on every hour, making it hard to sleep. On top of that, the room wasn't as clean as we'd hoped; there were even hairs in the toilet. It was a bit disappointing overall.

Room wasn’t cleaned throughly enough, curtains appeared yellow in colour and dirty, also there were not enough towels or toilet paper provided, an iron but no iron board. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The view of the apartment is directly on a scrapyard. There were construction works in the adjacent apartment. They began drilling directly above the bed at 8 am, even on Saturdays. We weren't informed beforehand about the construction activity, and when we raised the issue, we were told it was allowed during working hours and on Saturdays. I suggested they could have notified us prior to our stay so we could have chosen another hotel. As compensation, they offered a roughly 25% reduction in the price.

The location of the apartment was amazing, it is in the heart of the city it had nearly everything we needed

The room presented in booking had nothing to do with what we saw when we arrived. Very small, the view from the only window was depressing. First morning we woke up with a terrible noise-jackhammer. Saturday at 8am there were construction works on the floor above us. We called to report this to Hulu but customer service was very slow. We moved out in 6 hours. The costs were refunded couples of days later.

The noise is unbearable, some club/restaurant is in front of the building, there is music and loud people all night long. The Wi-Fi hasn’t been working even for a second during our stay. They said they were trying to fix it, but we sincerely doubt it. If you are there for short stay, and don’t mind not sleeping well for couple of nights, recommend it just for location and cleanliness. Also, if you are planning to cook something, bear in mind there is no salt, pepper, oil in the apartment, just coffee pods and sugar.

Location is great, apartment is clean and well equipped with towels and dishes.

Good location but the parking is awful.. The parking is far away abouth 650 meters from the apartment ..Wifi signal is ver bad and it feels like there is no network.

For some reason the wifi connection was constantly bad and I couldn't work properly.

Bed mattress needed washing (there were blood stains!). Also, clubs at night were so loud, and that made it impossible for me to sleep earlier than 3:00

The noise is crazy! We could not sleep the first night and we needed to move out... They explain that is because it's centric but we just moved to another even more centric accommodation and it was perfect. The paint was falling apart and the windows were very dirty... The payment was made through Booking.com and it's very sad that we are still waiting for compensation (Compensation that Booking mentioned). They refunded the last 2 nights obviously, but the disturbance and the higher cost for the other last minute accommodation are not taken into consideration. I would rather pay double than stay there again...

Correspondence with staff limited and we booked two rooms which we actually in two different buildings on opposite sides of the street. No tv or AC remotes and no toiletries as mentioned
