The tarrain needs a good cleaning and upgrade. Lots of trash lying around and lot of things needs urgent replacement like the beds at the pool and chair and bathroom facilities at the beach were discusting.

You will not get good value for money at the Beach Restaurant or Beach Bars (I recommend the Restaurant and Pool Bar). The Sun chairs that range in price from 40-60€ are a joke.

The beach is very beautiful, the staff very helpful and welcoming. I can especially recommend the restaurant and Pool bar staff. The Breakfast is sufficient. The Mini-Market well stocked.

Overpriced for its services. Breakfast is awful, staff is non existent and indifferent. Only worth it to be right on the beach and take a swim whenever you want. Bad beds and mattresses, cheap linen and pillows. No room service. Leaking air conditioning machines.

Santa Maria itself is a very quite place not alot to do for food or entertainment. Naousa is the closest place but requires transport.

There was a lot on site pool, shop and restaurant all very good and easy to access. The receptionist was lovely and friendly, helping us throughout our stay

-superior bungalow was similar to regular room that my friend got...unsure that's the value of paying any extra money. -50€ to use the hammock by the beach. should at least be included in a superior bungalow... -restaurant has new owners and the service was VERY slow. sometimes you order and by the time they got to cook your order the product was out of stock. by the end of the stay the self service was back and running again which was a relief

-very clean room. -front desk staff very nice. -able to rent scooter to see the island. -cool Pool bar (overpriced but as expected) -friendly and convenient supermarket with a wide range of opining hours

The rooms have seen better days, we had to hold the shower head to be able to use it as it was just by the tap.

The check in staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was ready early and staff happy to help with quad bike rental.

Only drawback is the beach club next door can be quite loud if you are not into that kind of thing. Breakfast is very basic, could be better..

Location great, on the beach which is gorgeous. Free shuttle bus into Naousa and back every evening is really handy.

We stayed on the beach in the beach bungalows, so they were lovely. The staff was super accommodating and friendly, helpful the bus to the center was helpful and nice to have breakfast.

Food at the lunch service was reheated and not fresh. Music was unnecessarily loud; could hear it from the pool to our room.

Cleanliness was great - rooms cleaned & fresh towels provided daily. Pool, bar and mini market on site was amazing. Staff was very helpful. We were able to rent and return vehicles on site which was super convenient.

From the beginning everything was great! They picked us up from the port and also returng at the end of our holiday (free of charge). Everyone at the hotel was super nice and friendly made us feel so comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good! Pool side is fantastic, barwoman at the pool is really great with her cocktails ;) One more last thing there is a shuttle to Naoussa which was a perfect and nice service of them. I would totally recommend this place.

The breakfast is ehhh. It’s definitely a budget accommodation (camp sites there, the camping toilets are basically holes in the ground).

The location is unbelievable. Beach is so amazing! Booking the executive package gets you access to beach chairs everyday. The shuttle that takes you into the city each evening and picks you up from the ferry is such a nice touch. The pool with swim up bar is also lovely. For the price, this place is a truly excellent value.

The location was quite far from the restaurants which made it difficult to go out to eat and come home on the bus. The local busses stop at 8pm and the free shuttle stopped at 22:00 so if we wanted to stay out later, we needed to order a taxi

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is plenty to do at the resort and we loved the pool area. Super close to the beach as well. The resort also offered free shuttle services to the airport and also a free shuttle to town at 19:00 and back at 22:00.

The showering in the room is a dated over bath mixer tap and there is no fitting on the wall so you can't have a proper shower. What you have to do hold the head after soaping yourself and that is so old fashioned. The breakfast was very simple, nothing fresh apart from the yogurt, the coffee was awful and I think the orange juice was powdered, it tasted like Sunny Delight (revolting).

The accommodation was comfortable and kept very clean as were the grounds. All the staff were very kind and friendly.

Yes, renting chairs or cabanas at the beach is expensive (30/50 euro) and maybe the the hotel should make it seems like its "part of the package" as the photos suggest, but in the end its your choice... you can enjoy the beach without it :)

Our 3-nights stay was better the expected. Contrary to mentioned in the last reviews, all the facilities were opened, the breakfast was fairly decent and everything went well. It is a great value for your money.

There was no safe in the rooms. There is a mini fridge, but it won’t work unless you are in the room with the key, which defeats the purpose of having a fridge. Nothing stayed cold, our food went bad :(

Nice & quiet, the staff is very friendly and helpful. At night, the starry sky is incredible- head to the beach and be amazed. The breakfast included is nice- yogurt, cereal, coffee & tea, bread, boiled eggs, cheese and sweets. The water pressure in the shower was great! They change your towels and sheets daily. The daily shuttle to and from Nauossa is GREAT!

some areas were not “prepared” yet. the “walk to the beach was not really nice. lots of stuff lying around in the sand and sometimes even trash. to sum up: the camp was not ready for a full use.
