the bathroom could be bigger, room size is very big, it could be reduced the bedroom space and make bigger bathroom, the sink to relocated inside the bathroom and improve the lightening as concern the mirror, my friend is wearing lens and was difficult the process of wearing and removing

breakfast was great, one of the best I ever had, local products good portions sustainable food The room was big and very clean, bed very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant, polite and helpful. there is a sharing kitchen with great facilities, you could have as much as coffee you wanted, same for bottled water and raki.

Our stay was great! Perfect location, right in the center of the city & close to everything. The rooms were beautiful & the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Tonia especially was very helpful with everything and even offered us some water/juice upon arrival. There is also a small kitchen area downstairs where you can have coffee or a small breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, and the staff were attentive and easily reached via text if they weren't at the front desk. I definitely recommend getting breakfast included, it's at a gorgeous restaurant next door and delicious.

The hotel was very well designed and felt like a genuine boutique experience. The rooms were clean and tidy and the pool was great for cooling off! The communication was really good from start to finish and Tonia was super helpful. She was very accommodating and booked a massage and taxi for us when needed. Would definitely recommend.

there were stairs and no elevator so it’s not always so comfortable. the shower didn’t drain properly. it’s very tiny hotel which is nice in terms of privacy- but you dont have service for most hours of the day. oils be also challenging with a grown baby - because there’s a second floor inside the room which is tempting for him to climb and is unsafe.

loves the bath inside the room. the room is also very spacious . the breakfast voucher for next door was incredible ! with freshest choices and ingredients. stylish aesthetics

The rooms were very comfortable, the only (very minor) complaint would be the lighting in the bathroom. I had to prepare for an evening event and the lighting made it difficult to do my hair/makeup.

The hotel is well located within old town, off a quiet street and within walking distance to the beach. The staff was very kind and made sure we had all we needed, gave us suggestions for things to do in town, and arranged for shuttle service to and from the airport. Additionally I appreciated all of the ways the hotel incorporated sustainable choices. The breakfast was incredible and the surroundings are gorgeous.

Sutor chic manor is perfect located in the heart of the old city of rethymno, but also quiet. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the alvi restaurant is typical greece and good. We have a perfect stay there.

This hotel is perfectly located in the city, the host are very nice and easy to communicate with. The room was perfect, clean, quiet, with a lot of little nice details that makes this hotel special. We loved it !

there is an important mold issue in the bathroom where you can clearly see the mold on walls… when we entered the room the smell was really strong so we noticed the reception who unfortunately didn’t do anything…they even said they know the problem but they’ll wait for the low season to fix it… For a 140€/night claiming to be a luxury boutique hotel this is not acceptable! this is even dangerous for your health and they shouldn’t rent in such condition. next to that 1 pillow was dirty. I don’t think all the rooms are like this, I’m even quite sure that rest of the hotel is very nice and cozy so avoid the inside room on 1st floor at least till renovation is done. I raised the issue to Booking and the owner hopping to receive a discount but also to get it solved for next customers.

the location is perfect, the lobby is nicely designed and the breakfast at Alvi restaurant is just perfect and help to forget the negative part of this apartment
