The apartment is very nice, located in the city centre, but in a quiet area, near a park. It is spacious, clean, renovated and well equiped. Very easy comunication with the owner, easy check in. Comfortable beds, nicely decorated bedroom, big and renovated bathroom. It is the second time we book this apartment and will definitely book again when in Piraeus. Although there was a coffee machine with coffee pods supplied I would recommend a kettle for the tea drinkers.

The location was excellent for us. It was within walking distance to the port and a short Metro journey into Athens. Dimitri (the owner) was very friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment and will be booking it again for my next visit.

The lights in the hallway go off automatically, so be sure to pay attention to where the light switches are. You will need them to find your way. Also, be sure to have them show you how to unlock the doors. They are easy to open once you understand how they work.

This apartment has the perfect location. The neighborhood felt very safe. It is just a couple of blocks from the Dimotiko Theatro train station from which you can get to downtown Athens in 30 minutes or the airport in a little over an hour for 9 euros. It is also a short walk to both the port and the marinas where there are many restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries, and gelato stores. It was roomy and immaculately clean. We loved the shower, the very large flat screen TV, and having a full kitchen. There are also plenty of grocery stores nearby where we bought supplies so we could enjoy leisurely breakfasts in the apartment. And it allowed us to bring home leftovers from the abundant restaurant meals that we could enjoy later. The owner, Dimitris, was very responsive to our queries, accommodating to our needs, and offered helpful suggestions. The cleaner, Maria, does a great job and was also very helpful.
