Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

IsraelReally few small stuff, not changing the general impression. The cleaning lady was really persistent in trying to clean the room. Which is nice, however, it is not so pleasant when someone opens the door to your room when you are insides. 😀 Also, there was some problem with the lock of the door: it was rather difficult to open it.
The atmosphere of the hotel is amazing. The view is magnificent. The food is delicious. The staff is really nice and pleasant, especially the manager Stelios.

One of the best palces I’ve ever been to! And the greatest customer experience. Stelios, hotel manager, is a real angel! He cares, making a stay unforgettable! Stelios, thank you! The hotel is cosy, nice, calm. Food is delicious. All inclusive makes the stay pleasant. You can also spend time in Filion Hotel, that is 15 minutes away, and has evening enterteinment. But all you need you have in T Hotel.

United KingdomFood was mostly good, except sometimes food was reused (lunch/dinner). One morning, I had beans that went bad and had to ask for it to be replaced. The shower in my room did not drain well.
Great friendly staff, peaceful location with plenty of room at the pool. Access to filion facilities. 5m drive away from town/beach. If you are seeking a quiet holiday, then this is the place to be! Staff are super friendly and well assist with everything you need. When we arrived, air-conditioning in the living room wasn't working, so we were given a mobile air-conditioning unit for the duration of our stay. You'll need a car for easier navigation to both town and filion unless you plan to stay in the hotel for most of your stay. Sister Hotel Filion Resort & Spa facilities are below average for a 5 star, but 3 outdoor pools include toddler pool and indoor pool. I heard that some guests visited Filion for evening entertainment, but I never went as I loved peace and quiet. Massage was OK, although it was slightly expensive. "Spa" is only a dry spa(no steam room) free of charge if you get a massage or EUR10 per day on its own. All in all, my stay was comfortable and great!

SwedenThe staff was very friendly and Mr. Stelios did everything in his power to be of help. The service was fantastic; one day, when we missed to be back at the hotel for the lunch buffet, he made sure to bring out leftovers from the kitchen for us. The breakfast was excellent; it included a great variety of fresh vegetables and fruit, as well as local specialties. We loved the pool area, the banan trees in the yard and the view over the mountains. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

IcelandThe selection of alcohol was exactly top shelf, but it's all you can drink so who cares? Not much you can complain about. Maybe the location? You have to do a fair bit of walking or take the shuttle, if you don't have a car.
We had an appartment with a "private" pool which was super nice. This hotel is an excellent choice for chilling, drinking and soak in the sun. The town right next to it is charming and has nice beaches, lots of restaurant.

This place is wonderful. We went as a family of 6 in a 2 bed swim up apartment. I have cancer and was worried that it was going to be difficult to enjoy a holiday with my children: from the very beginning , It was a complete pleasure and joy to stay, eat, laugh, swim and relax! The first week in a long time that I got to forget about being unwell and just enjoy myself with my family:

PolandMore meal choices would be nice. Soups was really missing !
Wonderful stay at second week of the June. Hotel is great - only 18x 2-bedroom appartments which are about 69-72 m2, are comfortable designed. All in all it's a 5 year old building. Food was good, with enough choice, but after week You look for something new - so more varietes recommended, less repeatables. All Inclusive covers all Your needs, drinks up to 23:00. You can go to hotel Filion (1300m up) for evening animations and drinks. But here at T Hotel You have plenty of relaxation, no animations, and sometimes You are alone at the pool around 13-15 hour - despite it was full. It's very quiet here. Great views at the hills and the bay. Stelios takes care about everything, and I agree with other reviewers - he's the soul of this hotel. So - highly recommended !

CyprusYou definitely need a car because distance for other hotel that you have access says 500 meters, but is actually more far. Also if you was beach, the nearest is 5-7 but with car. Rethymno is 20-25 minutes with car and Heraklion is 45-50 minutes far. There are simple acts every night in the neighbour hotel, but as said before car is needed. Cleaning is every 2 days ( could be more cleaned) and food was enough but the same day by day ( you have to go to other hotel to find different every day).
The staff was very helpful in all needed, especially Mr Stelios…Has place for parking, not too crowded.

Polandthe room that we've booked was 'garden view', but in fact it was pavement, wall and bin view. it was either ugly view and no privacy (it was ground level, everybody passing by could see the inside of the room) OR blinds shut = dark room, not what you want from sunny Greece! After a bit of discussion the room was changed.
really nice place with nice views when you book/get the right room

United KingdomWe were happy with just a pool but others might find they need more entertainment. Lots of people hired cars and our room was next to the car park which meant we did hear guests late at night arriving back. There was a large volume of food available at meal times but potentially themed food nights might have been good to keep the food mixed up, easy changes like offering fruit salad a few nights might have been good too. The all inclusive element meant cakes and wrapped sandwiches were available in the day but again, a bit more selection would have been good. I say this really splitting hairs as the holiday was amazing!
The location of the hotel is up in the hills which worked really well for us as a family. There is a supermarket in the sister hotel 20 minutes walk up the hill and supermarkets 20 minutes down the hill which helped when the kids just wanted some ice cream cones or crisps which is the only thing they really asked for in the 11 nights we were there . Stelios the hotel manager is the beating heart of this location. His energy is just contagious and he goes above and beyond In his role! He makes great pina coladas and goes above and beyond in his hosting - he made our holiday even better than it was anticipated to be. All staff were really friendly, the room was a great size with fantastic facilities and worked for a family of 5/6.

Great place, we stayed 4 nights and had a great time. Staff were very competent and friendly, especially Stelios who runs the place very well. We went all inclusive and the food was good, wholesome Greek home cooking style. Beer and Greek table wine on tap self serve and cocktails available to order. The rooms very comfortable, lovely pool and a short drive down into Bali.
