very quite part of village, spacious court with parking always available, nice view from balcony, friendly personnel, good restaurant in 50 meters from house, and others in 25 minutes walk in shopping street restaurant Vrisaky was the best

We had to check out until 11 am and our flight was at 9 pm, so we had to wait outside, with no place to stay and feel comfortable. Because of that, our last day was exhausting and frustrating, but these are the rules.

The proximity to the beach made our stay exceptional. The sea view is just fabulous from the balcony. The host was welcoming and helpful. He offered us a car for rent and waited for us at the airport even if we were delayed. Our apartment was cleaned once in two days. The location is good for those searching for a peaceful, not very crowded place.

The bathroom drain was not working well.

The lication was great and the price was definitely worth it. The cleaning lady came every 2 days which was really nice. The view was amazing.

Our airplane delayed, but even though I wrote via Booking message, the staff did not know about it. They waited for us, but when we arrived, no one was there. The taxi driver and I are tried to call the staff multiple times for almost an hour until they answered the phone, and told us which apartments are ours.

The apartments were huge, well equipped, cleaned on every third day. The balconies were big, with fantastic sea view. The AC was working perfectly.

The communication via mail was a little toting, still everything worked out fine. The kitchen could get some (new) accessories, while preparing food was sometimes a bit of a challenge with limited cooking equipment. Still the total package was gorgeous. We had the impression, that the bed was squeaking easily.

I appreciated that we could do the check-in earlier than scheduled. The appartment was super clean, light and spacious. The balcony has an amazing view on the ocean. The kitchen was huge, it was cozy, eventhough it was a little old-fashioned, just like the bathroom. We were happy to get our room cleaned regulary. The outdoor shower, parking area and the site itself is beautiful, with lots of plants in a calm neighbourhood. The beach is super close. You can walk to nearby bars and restaurants and to the city of Alikana. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We totally recommend T&M!

AC was loud, it needs to change for sure. And noisy neighbours, especially the sound from the top rooms was directly in our rooms.

The location was perfect for us, as we want to be away from the crowd. You anyway need a car, quad or scooter on the island, so it should not matter. The sea view was perfect and chilling. The room was generally clean and was even bigger than I expected. Kitchen had the basic amenities, so we could even prepare our breakfast in the room. There is a restaurant (Epsilon) in the corner when you arrive, it is also recommended :)

The kitchen was barely usable, we had an oven but not even a towel to get the hot pan out of it. No basic utilities When we got the apartment it felt like it wasn't properly cleaned. 2-3 days later the cleaning lady did a good job though.

The apartment had a nice view to the sea. Pretty quiet place, would have been way better if there was basic equipment in the kitchen. The lady who cleaned and arranged the rooms while we were there definitely did a god job.

Big apartment with sea view, close to a small beach. We felt very comfortable and had a lot of privacy. We loved the fact that the windows were well isolated - if we cooled the room at night, it was comfortable to sleep till the morning - the heat didn't enter the apartment. The furniture, kitchen - everything was enough for our needs. We also liked the fact that it was possible to go on foot to Alikanas centre and it was easy to get to the main road by car.

The bathroom needs urgent renovation, the kitchen was unusable with rusty utensils, the electric kettle had mold, the door to the balcony was quite difficult to open, the internet was most of the time not good, bedsheets had some blood strains

AC was working fine, the bed was comfortable and it is next to a small rocky beach.

The shower and the kitchen tools could have been better. Reception was not constantly open. Keep in mind that it's a remote location, so we had a lot of trouble getting a last minute taxi out of that place. So plan ahead!

The location was perfect and the view from our balcony was exceptional. The room was also very nice and had a good AC. Staff were nice.

Nice apartment right next to a quiet beach. Balcony with a view of the sea- could hear the waves from my bed (when there were any!) It's a fairly central location on the island- a good place to strike out from in any direction, but also a very nice peaceful spot if you just want to have an easy, quiet day. I rented a moped, and having explored a lot of the island I was very pleased to have chosen here. If you want crowds then go elsewhere, but if you want to escape and get away from it all then this is a winner.

On arrival nobody was there to show us to our room. 6 hours later we were summoned to pay the balance of the rent. The property was 55 Euro per night, we had already paid a 55 Euro deposit, leaving 440 euro due for a total of 9 nights. The intimidating man who took our details demanded we pay him a further 75 Euro, apparently for "room tax" which was not mentioned at any time previously. Other people we spoke to said the room tax (if an extra) is in the region of 4 Euro per holiday

The property was as would be expected.

The house was dirty, the bedsheets and towels were dirty and even brownish, the beds were making a weird/annoying sound every time you had to move. I don’t think it is worth staying there considering the amount of money paid, I think the owners definitely have to change the furniture which is extremely old and definitely improve the quality of bedsheets and towels used.

Location was great, lovely things around, in front of the sea. It was quiet around.
