From the minute you enter to the time you leave nothing more could be done for you,reception ,bar staff , housekeeping staff and then the main man the owner all hands on deck to ensure you were enjoying your stay. Very well done to one and all and so looking forward to a return visit

Everything! The most beautiful bar and Restraunt. The food was the best food we have ever had, with a pool right outside and balconies in the room! Fabulous. The staff from the start right up until the end were lovely! So friendly, willing to help. They go above and beyond.

For us the location is ideal as we required easy access to Gouvia Marina. All Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are very clean. Good choice of breakfast items. Would most definitely stay again.

Amazing staff, we were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked in! Always happy to help and answer any questions going above and beyond! Restaurant and bar were lovely with amazing cocktails. Gorgeous pool which you can’t resist going in and the pool side is a sun trap during the day perfect for sunbathing. Perfect location for the old town only 15 minutes by bus which is €5 for a day pass. Less than 15 minute walk to the marina too. Perfect stay!

The entire staff were exceptional, from the minute we checked in till we left.. The hotel is close to everything, the beach was only a minutes walk away, There's an in-house restaurant but the hotel is surrounded by very good restaurants and bars....

Only downside is it would benefit from tea and coffee facilities in the room, you could get these at the bar and were available at breakfast

Lovely property, which was immaculate, feels better than a 3 star. Breakfast was fab with lots of choice and the pool was a sun trap. The resteraunt also served fabulous food.

The staff at the bar and in the restaurant are extremely welcoming. They greet you like old friends, it makes for such a lovely experience and was heartwarming. That's the real essence of why this hotel is so nice -the staff and they ability to make you feel like your part of their family. We stayed here for a night before doing our sailing training course, then another two nights before our next course the following week. In between, whenever we sailed back into Gouvia we came here to eat as the food is excellent.

Warm welcome from the moment you walk into the hotel staff are absolutely excellent.the owner and all the staff pulled out all stops for us as a group and nothing was a problem at all I would love to return to this hotel.

The staff at the front desk that worked during the day was not so helpful, and we ended up avoiding them.

They had the most amazingly helpful front desk staff that worked at night. So genuinely nice and took care of us from the start to finish off our trip.

Bed is to hard for my liking Showers are a bit small But it’s not a problem Could do with a shower room for days when you check out and flights are late But nothing bad at all

This place is amazing It’s not a holiday it’s a total relaxing experience The staff. They are all amazing Makis who owns the hotel is like family Tomas,stavros and micheal are just the best Food is so good Cocktails are amazing Breakfast is everything you need to start the day. Try it. You will return Yes it’s on a main road. But the pool isn’t !!!! Go see for yourself x
