Minor gripes, not worth mentioning. More a case of us getting used to the villa than anything else.

Ok, so let me start by saying that our host, Sebastian, was amazing. Such a kind and attentive person (while also with a great sense of humour), always making sure that we're having a good time and that we have everything we need. He graciously greeted us despite our late arrival (1:30AM) and he explained everything while making us feel at home. He made sure to leave something to eat and drink for us, a nice gesture especially considering that we couldn't buy anything at that hour. The property was also perfect for us. A modern and tasteful interior and a chill and relaxing exterior. The photos that you see basically reflect the whole reality. There's a big living room and kitchen (with all the basics provided, such as plates, glasses, cookware, coffee, oil, etc.), nice clean rooms with comfy beds and all the amenities, a decent-sized pool, nice terrace and a barbeque (we didn't use it, but it looked like you can throw a nice barbeque party with it). The bathrooms were clean and perfectly functional. The washing machine and the dishwasher were also a big plus for us. And every appliance worked perfectly fine. In terms of location, the villa is 5-10 minutes away from the centre of Lardos (depending on how fast can you walk), but also away from all the noise and bustle. It also had private parking, which was again very helpful for us. Definitely recommend it for a group of friends or a family.

The villa exceeded our expectations. The host is an extremely friendly person. The villa itself is on par with a 5-star hotel, equipped with everything we needed and even more. We are very satisfied and would love to return again.

The villa is new, well thought out with every detail and accomodates a family vacation perfectly. Sebastian is friendly, helpful and takes care the stay will be as pleasant as possible. We were greated with fresh fruit, wine and a fully equiped kitchen to make for an amazing stay. The villa far exceeded our expectations and is definetly a very high recommendation.

Rented two villas together for 2 weeks and had an amazing trip. The villas were fully equipped with everything we needed from smart TVs to full cooking utensils. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and linen. The bathrooms were very clean and fitted with power showers. The pools were cleaned regularly and big enough for our family’s to enjoy. The BBQ area was great addition and very easy to use. Sebastion and his team were great hosts and very attentive to all our needs, would regularly check in with us to see how our trip was going and was always contactable for any requests.

Everything was great! Host met us at arrival, he was super lovely. He also left us some snacks and drinks in the fridge, it was a nice surprise. House was exactly like on the pictures, location was also great. We loved everything about this stay. Bed was also super comfortable for us, loved it!

**Everything was perfect** We stayed at the villa in october 2021. The host was very nice and helpful along the way. We arrived late at night but the host still waited for us, with even fruits on the table and some food and drinks in the fridge, including a bottle of wine. All the kitchen appliances and accessories, even cooking oil was there. The house had a total of 3 bedrooms (two double beds and two single beds), in addition the living room sofa could be converted to a bed for two. There were 2 beautiful bathrooms with shower gels and shampoo. The host also offered a refreshment of sheets and towels after a few days and it was completely free. The best part was outside of course. The pool was our favorite part. It wasn't heated but that really didn't matter in the hot weather. The lighting was fascinating, sitting outside at night was very cosy, I even managed to get some work done by the pool in the evenings. There was also a gas powered BBQ but we didn't use it and it looked like no-one else before us hadn't either, it was brand new. Lardos was also a really nice little town to stay at. Definitely reccommend to walk down to the town center and eat at the local restaurants and enjoy some cold drinks at a bar, it's only a 5 min walk away. Lindos was our favorite place on the island and we went there multiple times, it was about a 20 min drive. One thing to note is that the driveway is really steep and narrow, our rental was a Fiat Tipo and it scraped when we backed it into the driveway so most of the time we just parked it on the street. otherwise we absolutely enjoyed the place and definitely reccommend.

The location was convenient but not the most picturesque.

Sebastian was the perfect host and couldn’t have done more to make our stay a success. The villa was very thoughtfully equipped and it was lovely to be one of the first few guests.

We honestly couldn’t fault it

We booked this Villa last minute & wasn’t sure what to expect as there were no reviews but couldn’t believe our luck once we arrived. It’s literally brand new (hence the lack of reviews) it’s been finished to a very high standard and has everything you could need for your holiday. They provided toiletries as well as products for cleaning & laundry. There were plenty of towels provided & these were even refreshed half way through the week along with the bedding & a clean of the Villa & pool! Sebastian couldn’t have been more helpful & was always on hand if we needed to contact him. The cleaner was also so lovely & helpful. We really hope to come back one day as the stay was just perfect. Our friends staying nearby in a hotel came to visit & wish they’d had the same idea as us as couldn’t believe how lovely the Villa is. It’s just a short walk to Lardos where there’s some lovely places to eat & plenty of supermarkets as well as a delicious bakery!

We booked Terra Secreta whilst in Rhodes after the original accommodation we booked turned out to be unfinished on arrival, stranded on the beach with 4 children browsing booking.com & we struck gold - our host Sebastian took great care in having the Villa ready for our party of 7 and went above & beyond to make us comfortable there at nearly 10pm at night, even providing a fridge full of water & snacks. The Villa was spotlessly clean & in a great location with some lovely local restaurants, we also had a pool man & a cleaner visit twice during our stay which is not typical of Villa stays; we are all glad the first Villa was so terrible or else we wouldn’t have got to stay here! Thank you again to Sebastian, we had a great holiday & wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend
